So, the clerk sold me a Samsung Galaxy II that, unbelievably, has no SIM card. It is LOCKED to T-Mobile. So, when I discovered this and attempted to return this to the Land O Lakes Florida outlet, they basically told me tough luck. I wound up putting the damn thing in a box and buying another at Wal-Mart, with a SIM. Deceptive, unresponsive, uncaring, and incompetent. I'll never shop there again. And no other outlet could help, although one poor fellow did try solve the completely screwed up billing and provisioning situation, As far as the fraudulent sale, no luck.

They repaired some aftermarket items on my Jeep and charged very reasonable costs for labor. I don't play when it comes to my stereo so I don't write reviews like this lightly. I recommend ordering on their website beforehand and not expecting a lot of inventory at the store. Many of the shelves tend to be bare. The gaming and blu/DVD sections have a small inventory than competing stores. What they lack in-store, the pickup/delivery service is a whole different world in customer service. I found most of my needs on the website. Best Buy does not charge extra for delivery or in-store pickup. I recommend going this route and picking up the item in-store. The customer pickup where they deliver your item to your car is a lifesaver. You only have to go on the app or the website and let them know where you park. Within five minutes of parking, I had my item in hand and was ready to drive away.
