    1. Do not trust the quality or the condition of the stuff that's sitting out for sale. My mother…read morewas renting something that was supposed to have been brand new, come to find out there had been damage to it on the inside where the company had glued it and then she also saw other damage where parts of her dresser that she was renting from them was falling apart. 2. When my mother rented a brand new bedroom set, the mattress was also supposed to be brand new. She realized there were issues with the mattress where it was collapsing in places too easily as if someone had slept on it prior. Come to find out when she called the local Aaron's, she was informed that it used mattress that they swore had been clean. You cannot properly clean a mattress at a rental place. It was not brand new and upon extremely close observations we noticed stains. How disgusting is that? And when she called the store requesting a brand new mattress they kept denying her. And the mattress was uncomfortable to the point that it had injured her arm so badly that she ended up in the emergency room! 3. There have been times that they have double charged her during autopay! 4. They will be nice to you in your face but talk shit about you behind your back! I have witnessed that first hand. 5. They will sell you televisions that have been damaged. I have personally had that happen to me where I had rented a TV from them and as I started to use the TV I noticed a dark spot in the corner and the TV eventually went out. And when I confronted them about it, yes, they admitted that they do sell damaged TVs for brand new prices. DO NOT shop at this location unless you want to be scammed out of your hard-earned money and given shit in its place. The people are rude, the products have been used and doctored to where you don't notice the damages, and you will not be satisfied.

    Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture I purchased and the communication is terrible…read more I purchased an electric recline couch and loveseat and have had a little over 2 months. In the store I noticed a small stitch coming out and was assured it would be fixed before delivery. It was not, it was delivered with the stitching still out and we had to have one of their guys come to fix it. Not even a month later more stitching has come out and I have attempted to contact them through the website with no response. I called the store but all I got was they cannot be returned but they have a 1 year warranty. I also contacted on Facebook Messenger which took way to long to get a response and all I got was that their guy would be in touch to come fix it... AGAIN. I am still waiting to hear from their guy and them and it has been over a week since they last responded. The motor is also starting to act up on one of the recliners. This is absolutely unacceptable for new furniture and doing business in general.

    as you can see... this place only has one star. don't get me started…read more.... broken recliner (floor display i believe) theyll pay parts, I pay labor. no biggie but it's been 8 months and Ive never heard a word from them. theyre communication is awful! The sales woman is really nice but havent heard a word from her. but its the owner thats really terrible with people. I also wanted them to make sure the bed I received was same I ordered. A week later i told them it didn't look like or feel like what I ordered. Aric, the owner, to have somone look at it and stated he'd never take back a bed! then he started yelling at me about it. His warranty program is non-existent. terrible customer service. Aric is a rude, obnoxious, mean actually, person. He has tantrums like a 2 year old. very unprofessional. he recommended a few contractors for various work we needed done. Out of 4 people... 1 showed up. The rest didn't want to be associated with his name.

    Tom M Lucas Do not do business with T-Mobile Branch located…read moreon Metcalf Dr in Ashtabula! Stopped in store to setup auto pay. Employee set up my credit card to to billed. I asked her if this actually paid my current balance, and she said no, but would be glad to do it for me! Which she did. What she forgot to do is mention that she charged me $5 to make that payment! I was already out to my car when I noticed this. I went back inside and asked her abour it and she was sorry but forgot to tell me about a new store policy! I asked her to refund charge, but said she was not allowed to do that. Reason I asked her was because I could have done the payment when I got home myself and saved $5. There were not any signs posted in store for new customers to view! I asked about speaking to manager and was told to call back in morning to speak to him. Next morning I called and spoke with him about a refund! He was adamant and refused to refund money! He stated that all customers were notified 7 months ago via email and text about their new policy! I explained to that I was only with with T=Mobile for 4 months and therefor was not informed of the new policy! He did not care at all and said that he would not refund funds! I told him that I was going to tell people and future customers about him and his rudeness. He didn't seem to care about it at all, so that's why I'm telling everyone to beware of this particular store and it practices. I told him that I would file dispute with my credit card company which I did in full detail! I will let them dispute charge with manager at the Ashtabula T- Mobile store on Metcalf DR! My bank took down all information and then refunded me the funds that he would NOT! This is how to treat customers and listen to them responsibly, not turn a blind eye to them!
