The CSR did that and credited (so she says) my account for some of the things I never ordered. Also, I returned equipment to her I never ordered.

So I am a long-time customer of Verizon. Upgrading my husband's phone has been a disaster!! First…read moreof all Samsung naming multiple phones the exact same thing... and them being entirely different is beyond stupid! Trying to get a hold of Customer Service is next to impossible. Then they tell me to take the phone into a corporate store to exchange it. I should've just sent it in through the mail and re-ordered it to avoid all this hassle. But of course dear Customer Service once again is not possible to work with. When arriving at a corporate store in Ashtabula they tell me that I shouldn't have brought an exchange in. And because I opened the phone and looked at it to see that it was the wrong one I have to pay a restocking fee of $50. Because these people that work at the stores are working off COMMISSION apparently they can lie to you. My husband and I were assured that by adding more lines my bill would go DOWN! I was originally paying for more than I needed with the Get More plan on 2 lines. Of course we both thought they were crazy but the manager worked it out all on paper. It made completely logical sense. So originally my bill was $270 a month, that's with taxes and all their BS. She said with these extra lines it's going to go down and I would actually be paying $50 less a month and have more stuff. But surprisingly when I get my bill two weeks later my monthly bill was $498!! When I finally got through to a customer service agent because you cannot call the store directly they don't have a phone number... they told me after all the one time activation fees/taxes my bill would still be $340 a month. So how is that going down?! I would not recommend this company to anybody!! And I'm pretty sure I won't be continuing the service with them.

I asked her if this actually paid my current balance, and she said no, but would be glad to do it for me! Which she did. What she forgot to do is mention that she charged me $5 to make that payment! I was already out to my car when I noticed this. I went back inside and asked her abour it and she was sorry but forgot to tell me about a new store policy! I asked her to refund charge, but said she was not allowed to do that. Reason I asked her was because I could have done the payment when I got home myself and saved $5. There were not any signs posted in store for new customers to view! I asked about speaking to manager and was told to call back in morning to speak to him. Next morning I called and spoke with him about a refund! He was adamant and refused to refund money! He stated that all customers were notified 7 months ago via email and text about their new policy! I explained to that I was only with with T=Mobile for 4 months and therefor was not informed of the new policy! He did not care at all and said that he would not refund funds! I told him that I was going to tell people and future customers about him and his rudeness. He didn't seem to care about it at all, so that's why I'm telling everyone to beware of this particular store and it practices. I told him that I would file dispute with my credit card company which I did in full detail! I will let them dispute charge with manager at the Ashtabula T- Mobile store on Metcalf DR! My bank took down all information and then refunded me the funds that he would NOT! This is how to treat customers and listen to them responsibly, not turn a blind eye to them!

Spectrum said that they received a move order which is not correct. Finally after being shuffled from one representative to another in various departments ,I finally spoke to a knowledgeable representative named Anna who resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. This experience may or may not reflect on the Ashtabula, OH store since I was dealing with corporate sales, billing and tech support. I discovered a friendly attitude by Spectrum in general but not much competence or problem solving ability. Good luck with support.
