Do NOT use this place. I was charged $90 for a notary service my sister paid $30 for at the UPS place near Chipotle. I was told at Verify that ANY notary would charge for each of MY signatures, not just the notarizations. Wrong! Edited to add: I just got a phone call from the title company: Susan Diaz of Verify Group used the wrong notary forms. Also, the title company notary said that the amount charged me is not allowed and should be reported to the state of California. Do NOT use this place. read more

Susan is awesome. I needed to get some live scanning done for a licensing app, but I didn't know what form I needed and brought a few with me. She figured it out after asking me a few questions. A lifesaver, plus I didn't have to do to the sheriff's office to have it done. When you see the baseball shop/batting cages pull in and drive all the way to the back, it's somewhat hidden and I missed the actual sign but my gps told me to turn so I did. Prices are fairly comparable to Police Departments but walk in clients are welcome and helped immediately, I'd imagine the appointment system is for the larger groups. Just a quick FYI to all: Verify Group moved to a new location so I highly recommend making sure you have the correct address before going! Verify Group is in a plaza with a bunch of other new business buildings. There are plenty of parking all around and the location is in the front side facing the street. I had to come to Verify Group to get notarized for a Spectacle Lens Dispensing license I was applying for. I have to say this was one of the fastest yet great experience I had with anything like this! I made an appointment the day before to get notarized and get my fingerprints scanned. I had a little hiccup because they moved to a different location and I went to their old location that was online. However, once arriving to the correct place, Susan was really professional and apologetic about the inconvenience. I wasn't sure how long this process would take, but Susan made sure the experience was super fast and I was comfortable. She took the time to explain what exactly she was doing and why she was doing everything. Susan was super efficient and I will definitely be returning again for any types of services! Last week I came into get my fingerprints done. Not that big of a deal as I've had them taken at least five times this year! But, after first ending up at the wrong place, I was so mad, frustrated and running out of lunch time! When I arrived, Susan just said not to worry and printed me right away - I was in and out very quickly. She was very professional and super fast! Susan was great! I went into her shop to get my fingerprints taken because I'm going to teach abroad. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She doesn't ship your packages or help you with your P.O. Boxes like they do at UPS. Verify Group is there solely to verify you. They have great equipment and an almost perfect success rate. Verify group is less expensive than UPS and more expensive than the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. I have to say I am pleased with the services and even more pleased with the service.
