Susan was great! I went into her shop to get my fingerprints taken because I'm going to teach abroad. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She doesn't ship your packages or help you with your P.O. Boxes like they do at UPS. Verify Group is there solely to verify you. They have great equipment and an almost perfect success rate. Verify group is less expensive than UPS and more expensive than the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. I have to say I am pleased with the services and even more pleased with the service. I needed to get printed for an out-of-state permit, and decided to do a walk-in appointment when I had a free moment. They were busy, but processing people quickly - I only had to wait a couple of minutes. They were prompt, courteous, professional, competent, and a pleasure to deal with - a great find in ANY business. Thinking I was making things more efficient, I had pre-filled the fingerprint cards as per the instructions I was given. I found out at Verify, however, that I needed to do this on-site because they had to be notarized. I was momentarily disappointed, thinking I'd need to have more cards shipped. As it turns out, Verify had these cards on-site, so it wasn't a problem. Crisis averted! I can't recommend Verify Group highly enough! read more

Susan Diaz is not as nice as everyone says. Felt a racist vibe with her. She didn't gisv me good service when I asked her questions. I was a little confused on the app process and asked her for help. Susan was so great to my husband and I as well as our tenants! We are a foster-care adoptive family and have sent many people to her to be live scanned. She is professional, friendly and quick! Susan was extremely nice and helpful throughout the live scan process. The process is very quick, less than 10 minutes. The office itself may be a little tricky to find but it's across from a small batting cage. Also, call before just to make sure she is there since she leaves around 4pm! It's behind the baseball store - there's a huge banner on the street and the parking was no problem at all.. they have designated spots in the back!
