The driver kept calling delaying delivery stating he had to wait for other deliveries in the area despite her need for it. Called customer service and gave the run around stating she had to check with the warehouse and promised to call me back in 15 minutes which she never did. A driver called another sibling and lied stating he had never spoken to her and scheduled a delivery in four days but wouldn't give an estimated time of delivery as someone would have to be there at time of delivery for my elderly sister.
