The driver kept calling delaying delivery stating he had to wait for other deliveries in the area despite her need for it. A driver called another sibling and lied stating he had never spoken to her and scheduled a delivery in four days but wouldn't give an estimated time of delivery as someone would have to be there at time of delivery for my elderly sister.
