I'm a reasonable  person,  so I  chose to  patronize  them  again. We all have a bad day sometimes. They were  late again,  not  as much  this  time.  I gave  myself  more  cushion time. This time,  the  driver  left the  restraints  in the  floor.  Making it somewhat  difficult to drive  my wheelchair  over  them. I started to  through my  hands  in the  air. She kept trying to have my friend that was with me push my wheelchair! I asked her not to do that as I had paid them $210 to safely transport me. The pick up driver was much more knowledgeable but filthy van and she couldn't get the ramp down to get me out of van. I was stuck in the van for close to an hour until a man came and got the ramp down. The driver was very apologetic but the owner/manager never apologized for me being locked in van. I should get a refund from this disastrous situation. They had 5 star rating on google. Obviously that was rigged. Do not use Medtransit. It's disastrous!

A driver called another sibling and lied stating he had never spoken to her and scheduled a delivery in four days but wouldn't give an estimated time of delivery as someone would have to be there at time of delivery for my elderly sister.
