He dropped off a patient at my workplace and, despite me clearly explaining three times that my computer was down, he refused to acknowledge it. Instead, he demanded immediate service, blocked the front window--preventing me from assisting other patients--and became confrontational when I explained I would sign the patient in as soon as the system was back online. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate higher authorities. No one should tolerate this kind of abuse."

I had to make all arrangements from a distance as I live in California and my friend (and the reunion) was in Texas. I had no experience hiring medical transport, so I had no idea what was involved. My friend, due to her advanced disabilities was unable to advise me. I called many medical transports. Jesse was by far the most responsive to my calls and detail-oriented with his questions to me. I told him this was a once-in-a-lifetime event for my friend and I did not want anything to go wrong. He was so kind, patient, professional, and just downright great to work with. I called him many, many times to work out specifics. When I was investigating transports, Jesse's van looked larger than many of the medical transport vans I saw advertised and he has a lift (rather than a ramp) to more easily get big power chairs inside. Despite the larger size of his transport van, he was the only one who asked for all the wheelchair measurements. He was so thorough and wanted to make sure there were no unexpected obstacles. I was completely impressed with his service, promptness, attentiveness and safety consciousness. But then to top it off, at the end of the night, he offered to take my friend, free of charge, past our old high school, before driving her back home. He took photos of her in front of the school, despite the late night. It was his idea, and evidence of his kindness and generosity. I would recommend Jesse and Path to Health without reservation! His service is exceptional. If you are looking to hire medical transport, you could not make a better choice.

If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. These people are deplorable. For anyone with diagnosed mental illness I beg you to go somewhere that actually sees you as a person and wants to help you and keep you safe. She quickly made the arrangements and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small additional fee due to the same day request but it was minimal and I was grateful they could accom odate us with such short notice. Antonio the driver and his associate were helpful and courteous and helped my dad get in and out of the vehicle and escort him to his room. They truly helped us out and took great care of my dad - will definitely use them again. : )
