UPDATE 4/20/23 Well, he apparently showed up almost 3 hours late and was surprised we were not home (we gave up on him and went for a walk) and he had to leave. He later texted and said he'd forgotten his mobile phone so could not call me to let me know that he'd be very late. But, this gets better. His estimate shows no details or mention of how or what prep he will be doing like flashing, sealing, drilling into my metal roof or any specifics at all. It's all verbal only from him so there's no documentation of what he'll actually do versus what he says he will do. He denied things he had told me verbally that he'd be doing for the job. I then called his bluff and said, no problem, can you rewrite your estimate with clear details about what you will be doing for this job (sealing, flashing prep, etc). At that point he said he was not going to touch our roof and would not do the job. What this meant to me is he is great for verbal promises, but, he won't dare put anything in writing. We had the work done by another installer a week later and WOW, it was a perfect job and there was no drilling required into our new metal roof! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, we got a quote for installing new guttering. We had a metal roof and he wanted to drill through it to install flashing all the way along front and back of house. I asked about leaks and if he used Roofing screws with neoprene rings, the same as was used to install our new metal roof. He dodged the question and just said they'd seal where the screws were,..that basically indicated he was not going to use the correct self-sealing metal screw. We let it ride for the time being. He said about two weeks to get back to us. On week three I contacted him and he gave us less then 12 hours to be ready the next day. I postponed due to conflicts and we decided the next day would work instead. i then contacted him the evening before he was due to come. He'd said he'd be here for 8am initially , but, asked if he could make it for 11am instead as another priority job had to be done first thing in the morning. So 11am came and went and he never showed up, never called us and did not respond to 2 TEXTs or calling his mobile at 11:30am. As of 2 1/2 hours later past his due arrival time, he never replied at all. I then told him in a final 3rd text (confirmed delivered) if he'd agree to detail on our quote and sales agreement that he'd use the correct self-sealing roofing screws so our 20 years roofing warranty would not be voided due to incorrect drilling and wrong (non-sealing) screws being used (leak issues). He of course, did not reply to that either. Suffice to say, if Verdon Gutters drops the ball to even show up as promised, nor even contact a customer they'll be late or can't make it, what's the chances of getting them to come back for issues with materials or their installation? About zip I'd have to say. Anyway, given the poor experiences of others either before or after the work was done, I guess we were very fortunate to not have this work out as planned. Lesson learned in time and highly suggest to avoid this installer! read more

We highly recommend Verdon Seamless Gutters. Claude came out on a Saturday, when he said he would ( unlike his competitor ) and put up our gutters. His materials and service are top notch with a very fair price, we would use him again. read more

some of the work wasnt done right in the first place. i did wait to long to let him know. i asked him to come back a year later and fix it. i said Inwould pay him for the work. the owner, Claude, said several times he would fix the work. he even sent a man to look at it. he reported what I knew. the gutter was pitched the wrong way. Claude said he would fix it. He didn't and I know why. He would have had to do the whole thing over. not a big job at all. if your building isnt perfectly straight, and level Claude might be able to help you. if he says he'll do something and he doesnt, dont be surprised. read more

Left a message through their website and never received a response so ended up calling and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. They showed up at a time not when I was expecting them. Both of these things seem to be common so I'll let that go. Decided to go with them so called to schedule the installation. They called and left a message for "Steve" saying they'd be there on June 10th. My name isn't Steve so I called back and left a message to confirm. I never heard back. June 10th came and went with no new gutters. I've called someone else that I got a quote from. I hope Steve likes his new gutters. *shrug* read more

Mr. Verdon quickly responded to our request for a look at the job and an estimate. He clearly explained our options. His workers were friendly and efficient. A post-installation problem was promptly fixed at no extra cost. The final bill was lower than the estimate. The gutters look great. Highly recommended. read more

UPDATED: Several sections of the gutters have started to leak quite badly due to the sloppy gap between the gutter and the roof. I would not recommend this company to others. Although they are friendly and efficient and use quality materials, the workmanship is lacking. UPDATED: They returned my call quickly and were out the next day to cover the screws. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'll start with the negative and move onto the positive. I have called them to resolve the issue and will be happy to update this review when they resolve the problem. But as it stands, the overall quality of the install is 1 star the way they left it. CON: They screwed through the metal roof and did NOT waterproof the screws in any way. I confirmed this by removing one of the screws holding the gutter bracket. This is a definite leak issue and completely unacceptable. But the fact that they put approx 20 holes in the roof without any kind of flashing means I recommend against using this company. When I asked the installer, he claimed that he used neoprene washers which clearly have NOT been installed. PRO: They showed up promptly as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. They did not leave a mess and otherwise delivered as promised. The price of the install was very competitive with other gutter installers. read more

Had new gutters installed 7/10/2018. On 7/24/28 they had to return to fix several leaks. We now have yet another leak. Have called an left a message 3 times and no return call. We have had very little rain so hate to think what will happen when we do. When you pay $2130 to have them installed they should last a little longer. All we want is what we pay for and we did not get it. read more

Spoke with someone from Verdons gutters and he seemed very helpful and interested ,even though it was small job . Said they could fit me in right away. The day of the install they did not show up. I called the next day to see if I maybe misunderstood the day. I did not receive a call back and when I texted the very helpful person I spoke with , he said he would call a little later . I never received a response again . I understand a small job is not very enticing but he could have just said he wasn't interested . I would not recommend such bad business !!!! read more

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote. The crew showed up at the time scheduled and got right to work. It was done in about an hour (not a very complicated roof) and they cleaned up. I asked if they could set up the downspouts for a rain barrel and they took care of it. It would recommend them to anyone. read more
