The manager then told me he had to charge me for the correct item, but I was never refunded for the extra chicken quesadilla that I didn't ask for or want. When I finally got my quesabirria, they didn't give me the broth that comes with it. I asked the employee for the broth, and she told me she didn't know if it came with the meal. The menu literally shows the quesabirria with the broth and lists it as part of the meal. The manager eventually came over and gave me the broth. At that point, the entire experience had already been frustrating and unprofessional, but to make matters worse, the food wasn't even good at all. Everything was flavorless and just not worth the hassle. I understand mistakes happen, but the way everything was handled was what really bothered me.
