What really stood out was his honesty and integrity. In today's economy, it's refreshing to find a company that doesn't price gouge. Every other estimate I received was double or more than Edwin's price to replace 2 sprinkler valves and an exterior main shutoff valve with a brass quarter-turn ball valve. He checked everything after install, thoroughly cleaned his work area, and reset my sprinkler timers for me before leaving. Edwin kept his pricing fair, reasonable, and easy to understand. Finding an honest, ethical business owner like him is rare these days. He has absolutely earned a customer for life. I'll gladly recommend Newport Sprinkler Repair to my neighbors, friends, and anyone looking for a trustworthy irrigation company. If you're browsing Yelp trying to decide who to hire, stop looking and call Edwin at Newport Sprinkler Repair!

I hired Newport Sprinkler Repair based on their strong reviews, and the finished job is clean,…read moreprofessional, and runs great. Daniel did solid work on site, dialing in the lawn coverage, sealing crawlspace penetrations, and sleeving the valve wiring. My main advice for future clients is to make sure every expectation is completely aligned during the initial walkthrough. The final bill ended up noticeably higher than the estimate. An underground pipe issue under the driveway was an unexpected discovery and completely understandable to pay for. However, other items became add-ons due to miscommunication. I had expected the controller to be hardwired directly, and I also assumed the pipe thud I mentioned to Ed during his initial visit would be resolved in the original scope rather than needing a water hammer arrestor added after the fact. Overall, they do quality work and accommodated all my requests, so I am happy with the finished system.

Our Kurapia and king palm are looking great, and when we're ready, we'll have them complete the third zone in the backyard. Dr. Sprinkler did quality work at a great price. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Absolutely not. I wanted something low maintenance, low water, and something that still added curb appeal to our home. After researching a lot of landscaping companies, I finally came across Growscapes OC. Joe came out to give us an estimate, and while I was speaking with him I could tell he had a vision for our redesigned lawn. I relied a lot on his expertise because I wasn't 100% sure what I even wanted. Soon I had a quote (which seemed reasonable enough to me), and a mockup to give us an idea of what the new space could look like. Soon the project began. The crew was courteous and professional. Everything was well communicated. After 5 days our new front yard came to life - from dead grass to desert garden. Immediately we were getting compliments from our neighbors. The house now looks so much more inviting because of Growscapes OC. Thanks Joe and your team!

They took total advantage because we're elderly and know nothing about plants. We just took out the $3000.00 worth of shit They sold us. 1) they sold us tropical even though I said they wouldn't work because our backyard gets too much direct sun and heat. Anthony assured me that didn't matter. All that mattered was water. They ALL died within a few months 2) I was told the drip system they installed could be adjusted for each plant to get more or less water. Not true 3) I explained the dirt they were planting in was old and depleted. I was told the dirt didn't matter. They did not treat the dirt or even fertilize what they planted. 4) the drip system they put in had a control that it has a 300 page online manual. Even their installer didn't know how to set it up and was unable to explain it to me. YET he told me it needed to be updated every 6 months when we changed the batteries. Of course we were not told about this requirement until instalation was completed. As I said earlier we are elderly! I asked for a simpler timer and they said there was no option. 5) they are NOT woman owned and operated. Yes, the scamming husband put the company in his wife's name for tax purposes but she CLEARLY knows nothing about plants or landscaping. When I had them come out to see the dead plants she never spoke. Her husband and Anthony did all the arguing and yelling and put all the blame on us. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in any service industry. All I asked for, and still feel we are entitled to, is a refund. The dead plants have been removed, the inadequate drip system has been removed, and we are starting over. I was duped by a morally bankrupt company. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on their web page! They have no place to leave a review on their web page and they aren't here so where did those reviews come from?? THEY ARE SCAMMERS! BE WARNED!
