I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

Ordered 7 pre hung composite doors and it was a big disappointment all round. On the work front,…read morethe quality of milling and glass install was just awful: big gaps between glass and trim, unneeded routing, wrong sills, wrong astragals, way too late. Went there because of the good reviews, but regret the decision. Many thousands of dollars went into fixing up what they delivered. On the service side, Mollie is the point person for them in Austin when it comes to doors. I had read poor reviews about her and unfortunately I can only concur. Would not do business there again.

I highly recommend this company and it is owned by a woman or at least it was last time I checked…read more I'm an interior designer and I design quite a bit of custom furniture myself and have just moved back to Austin from Southern California. I have a new project where I recommended that my client take my drawing and have them design something similar for the laundry room as his new house has no cabinets there. They do a fabulous job here and you won't be disappointed. I use a custom cabinet company for custom millwork in the main living areas, etc.. but for closets and laundry rooms and even home offices I think they can do a great job! They did my master bedroom and den closets for me. I went with the darker wood because that's what I had throughout, but I recommend using white in closets as it doesn't show the dust as much.

I had been considering a Murphy bed for my second bedroom. I wished to free up some space in that…read moreroom as the day bed was rarely used, if you don't count literal cat naps by my two cats. More Space Place advertised Murphy and cabinet beds. The showroom was pretty with examples of how organized your life could be with their cabinets, bookcases, closet organization systems, and Murphy beds. When I asked about a floor model of a cabinet bed, I was sent to Furniture in the Raw (nearby) to view them as there were none in the MSP showroom. I didn't like having to lie to FITR about my visit -- it felt deceitful and I didn't appreciate being put in that position -- but the trip helped me decide. I selected a cabinet bed but didn't purchase immediately as I needed to "rehome" my day bed. I began receiving emails from the sales rep every other day asking me to sign a contract so the order could be placed. I had not expected such aggressive sales tactics and found them annoying. After about 6 weeks, I did go back, sign the contract, and paid in full for the bed. The sales rep agreed to have it delivered in four weeks after I returned from a trip (and before my expected house guests arrived in March). Yay! The trip was postponed (thanks, Covid), but the bed could not be delivered early as it was not yet available. The bed is manufactured in Malasia and the sales rep had no information about shipping. I contacted her again in two weeks, still nothing. At this point, she tried to direct my correspondence/calls to the "delivery team" (whom I had never met). My impression was she was tired of dealing with me and didn't want to be bothered with any follow-up questions. Another two weeks passed; no idea of where the cabinet bed was or when it would be delivered. Now my guest was arriving and I had to hustle to borrow a blow-up mattress! So, the bed was purchased in January and by mid-March there was still no idea of where it was or when it might be delivered. The last time I contacted the sales rep, she blamed the delay on "supply chain issues" and suggested any cancellation would result in more expense as the price had increased. I took that as a veiled threat to discourage me from cancelling, but I was also irked as I knew "supply chain issues" had not prevented her from communicating the status of my order during the previous 10 weeks. Prior to the sale, I received an onslaught of unsolicited emails; after the sale, supply chain issues halt communication? I call BS. I returned to Furniture in the Raw. Lo and behold, they had the exact cabinet bed in their warehouse and it could be delivered in three days. Double checked with MSP. Nope, would be after May 1 before the bed I bought might be available. Long story short: I canceled the MSP order and bought the bed from Furniture in the Raw. Yelp reviews suggest most people had better experiences than I did, but believe me, Five Star treatment is not guaranteed.

The design and details (tile, coping, etc) were documented and so the journey began. Cody provided step-by-step details in both a binder and constant transparent communications. The build went smoothly and pool is awesome. Jody was the project manager and was consistently on-site to manage the many contractors from dig to operational. Both Mike and Jody were an awesome tandem who took all of the normal anxiety out of build process. With zero weather delays, the pool was operational in less than 2 mos. With Pool school included, I have the confidence of managing the operation and cleaning. With their warranty, I have peace of mind. Nicely done.

We met with Collin (the Designer) back in January and told him our ideas. It took about a week and then we met up with him to see what he came up with in terms of design and cost. He was great throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and always answered our questions fairly quickly. My husband kept in contact with him the entire time. In February we met with Ryan (the site supervisor) about the construction of the pool. He was also very knowledgeable and explained what would happen throughout the construction process. My husband also kept in contact with him in case he had any questions. The construction process began in February. We weren't moved into our new home yet so the noise wasn't an issue for us but it's loud. Because we had fairly good Spring Weather the construction process went quickly. We were told that weather could delay the process but we didn't really have issues with the weather at that time. We went to our new home regularly to check on the progress of the pool which moved along quickly. Our pool was completed in mid May about a week before our move in date. So when we moved into our new home we had a completed swimming pool. It's great! We have used it multiple times and love that it was ready in time for the Summer. Overall Cody Pools did a magnificent job. Collin and Ryan were friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. I love the outcome and look forward to spending a lot of time outside in our pool.
