Ordered online. They don't give you your choice of delivery they send you an e-mail and then…read moresomebody reaches out to you via telephone to confirm that that time frame is okay. And they don't have a window of time until the day of service which can be a little bit frustrating. Furniture looked great and met our expectations however there were a few minor hitches with the delivery experience... One of the delivery guys actually asked me to help him lift a TV stand and transport by hand to my house which I found unprofessional since we paid a pretty penny for getting delivery service. I let him know about my bad back and proceeded to let them do the job they were paid to do. His rebuttal was that his neck hurt but in my mind my rebuttal was they aren't precisely cheap for delivery services. I did not respond anything I just let the other guy know that he asked for help when the guy said he wasn't supposed to do that and quickly jumped outside and help him with the TV stand. The same guy that asked me for help with a TV stand opened up the door and slammed it into the corner of the dining table and the other guy was prompt enough to touch up with some paint that he had in this funny-looking little marker. There was also a minor blemish in the surface of the office desk that we purchase which he also touched up. It was so minor it wasn't even worth making another fuss to have them ship out any replacement. It's perfectly understandable that there will be a minor knick or two here or there. Despite those minor little hiccups it was overall a pretty decent experience. Nothing's perfect and for the price that we paid the overall value was pretty good for the money. Update One star deduction....24 hours later discovered how cheaply made the chairs really are. Grabbed the seat to move forward and it started coming apart as if it was made out of paper. Very disappointed.

Anyways what happen was I came in wanting to take some pictures like they do in the movies and in thrift stores and I did and I accidentally drop a coat and she came out of nowhere like she was spying on me the whole time and says "please don't drop our stuff if you ain't going to buy especially if you are just here taking pictures." SHE SAID IT IN SUCH A RUDE b!tchy way and stuff. I apolgize twice and she gave a whatever look and when I looked back she kept staring at me. Like damn maybe I was going to buy stuff she don't know but she shouldn't have been so b!tchy about it.

Hubby and I were on the look out for a scythe, you know help step up our Halloween decor! And BOOM,…read morethere it was. This antique shop however it is really unique. Two houses that have additional sheds in the back. Each area has a "different" collectors that cares for it. The owner of this unique set up was super friendly. She even showed us part of her new stock that hasn't made it out the showroom floor. If you're looking for an authentic infant casket with crate for Halloween, she's got it. She even shared that a new collection was being added soon, vintage 1960's kitchenware. I'd really like to see how that turns out. They have tons on cool items, beautiful glassware, records, paintings, old windows and doors, stunning furniture and much more. After talking to her, if you don't want to 'run' a room she would be glad to help you sell pieces too. Neat store, if you're in the area you should stop by!

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

Ordered 7 pre hung composite doors and it was a big disappointment all round. On the work front,…read morethe quality of milling and glass install was just awful: big gaps between glass and trim, unneeded routing, wrong sills, wrong astragals, way too late. Went there because of the good reviews, but regret the decision. Many thousands of dollars went into fixing up what they delivered. On the service side, Mollie is the point person for them in Austin when it comes to doors. I had read poor reviews about her and unfortunately I can only concur. Would not do business there again.
