The employee I dealt with was condescending from the first exchange -- not in a single moment, but consistently, as though it were policy. I left without completing my purchase. There are other local businesses in this area that earn the loyalty they ask for. This one did not. I won't return, and I can't recommend it.

Had to start the entire process over. Didn't help me wrap anything when I had 12 glass items. She placed two plastic bags and a stack of paper on the counter as it fell everywhere. Didn't help me bag or wrap anything so i sat up there about 10 min doing it myself as she just sat there. Meanwhile there's a line of people behind me. This place usually has a good selection of items. I find a lot is my art frames here. And things are usually priced fair. But today the workers at the front were very questionable.
