Port Orange Utilities alerted me to a leak because of the water usage. I called Master Craft and…read morethe dispatcher provided suggestions for me finding the leak prior to their plumber coming. Because we were out of town when the leak started and we shut the water off at the house while away, I knew the leak was between the meter and the house. Following the dispatcher's guidance we were able to pin point the leak and uncover the section of pipe before the plumber arrived. When the plumber arrived he got right to work and completed the repair in about a half hour. Doug did a great job making an effective repair, cleaning up afterward and even filling in the hole I dug.
