I called at 8 am this morning and left a message to receive a call back concerning services to have…read moremy fire extinguisher certified. I received a call back at 9 am. The lady calling back said that she had missed a call from my number and asked who it was and what it was about. First of all, had she listened to her messages, I left my full name and home phone number (the number in which she had contacted me) and what services I needed. She asked where I was located and I told her in Deltona. I had to repeat myself numerous times, either she couldn't hear me or she has no idea where it is located. After being asked multiple times to repeat myself, she finally responded with, "Oh, we don't go out that far." Ok, so a "MOBILE" fire extinguisher service doesn't really "travel"...good to know. I think I will stick with my regular company. I needed it right away for an occupational license, but I will just wait it out. At least I know, they are reliable. I didn't actually receive services, but based on the little contact I had with her, I know I won't be calling back or referring anyone to this business.

I still thought that was too much and he asked how much would I be willing to pay. Then my son entered the room and the technician said he would look at it again. He went out spent about 1 minute and fixed it. No new parts and wanted $200. I said have his company bill me. He wanted to continue to haggle and I asked him to leave. He ignored me and my son stepped up and told him to leave. Do not let this company into your house.
