I had multiple companies come out and give me pricing and their opinion/recommendations (all three were highly rated on Yelp and google). Tyler came out on the day and time specified, he was communicative, nice and easy to deal with. He really took the time to look at everything, crawled in both attic spaces and outside on my 2 story hip roof and gave me his opinion and photos to support his recommendations and pricing. All 3 companies gave me a different scope of work, however i am in the construction industry and Tylers scope was the most on point and he also listened to what my needs and wants were and kept that in mind when giving me his recommendations. They didnt try and sell me a re-roof (which a lot of companies will even if you dont need it) and I liked this and found them to be honorable in this regard. I found their price to be competitive for a company that is licensed and insured, and the work they did was done well and supervised and checked. What was most important to me was not only the work done, but if any of it failed, what their response would be and how it would be handled. Can i get in touch with them again? Are they responsive after the work was completed? Well, i recently found out. I had 2 leaks this past week that have been getting worse. I was obv upset because i thought it was the roof. I called Tyler, and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look. He came when he said he would, climbed up in the attic and took a good look around, and found that it is my chimney leaking. He made my life easier by referred me to a stucco guy whos coming out this afternoon. I like that they are not pushy, they make me feel well informed as to what they think and WHY via photos, answering all of my questions and very easy to deal with and get in touch with (i hate chasing contractors!) I definitely recommend them, and look forward to our continued relationship. THANK YOU TYLER!!!

I reach out him by email to address that and some other terms and conditions we wanted to negotiate. No response! Needless to say we got his non responsive message! Moving on to the next company.

To see how they quickly throw up a sheet of plywood (because there was some rotted pieces on my roof), cut it down to size, plop it onto the roof, and nail it in... within minutes! (As my father installed trusses when he was alive, I'm familiar with seeing the workmanship... though I'm definitely not an inspector.) They did everything legit, super clean, very respectful and friendly to boot! Even the office had amazing customer service... keeping me informed on the progress and their next steps. There was one mis-step... but they re-mediated it beyond my expectations. Even Jesus, the sales rep, was a dynamo! He continued to show up on site... demonstrating how much he was vested... as he continued providing customer service even after making the sale. My daughter recently purchased a house in the Orlando area with numerous problems--including a…read morefailing roof. Being the fiercely protective mom I am, I committed to finding her a good roofer. Investing so much money was anxiety inducing, particularly after reading horror stories about botched jobs and unscrupulous roofers, but I was determined to make a well-informed decision. I spent two months studying roofs, learning about types of materials and construction, reading articles and blogs, and making phone calls--lots of phone calls. I called an engineer. I called the county building department. I called friends. And I called about a dozen roofing companies in the Orlando area (I could probably write an essay about the nonsense I heard from some of these companies). I listened carefully and researched their responses. I read reviews and I read every line in the contracts sent to me by about half of them. I was relentless because this was my kid I was protecting. Happily, my diligence paid off and my daughter now has a quality roof and sparkling new gutters. Robert Bonesteel at Sheegog Contracting was the project manager I worked with. He spent MONTHS speaking with me. I can honestly say that no one has ever worked harder for my business. Through it all, Robert was extremely kind and never once made me feel that my questions were stupid. He explained things clearly and sometimes took over an hour to clarify something. He never pressured me and encouraged me to read and investigate other companies, which I absolutely did.  Sheegog didn't just slap on a roof. They used GAF Timberline HDZ premium shingles. They repaired decking under the leak and addressed other minor issues. The work site was spotless when they left, but Robert wasn't satisfied. He came out with a magnetic detector and scoured the area for stray nails. He answered my questions and pointed out repairs. He sent a wind mitigation expert. I'm immensely grateful for Robert's kindness and his company's excellent work. Several of my neighbors are interested in having their roofs redone by Sheegog.  To Robert and the team at Sheegog: thank you. You guys rock!

You're not gonna have surgery without a 2nd opinion, so don't let someone work on your house without one either. The gentleman, Steve, on the phone was personable and pleasant. Told me they could have Hunter out this morning. Same day service .... Impressive!!! I had told Steve the story they had told me about hail storm in June 2024, Hunter took the time before coming to do his homework to let me know it was actually July. He went up and I could hear him moving about the roof, he even brought down a remnant of a previous solar pool heater that was left up there when I had full solar put in. He let me know what I already knew, my roof is fine, has some years left in it and the door knocking company was blowin smoke for an insurance payday (my words not Hunter's). Hunter was an absolute joy to have around, my dog loved him, he's funny, has an awesome personality, is personable and direct about what he sees up there. Even told me he'd bring down pictures if he did see anything. The door knocker didn't show me squat. Gravity has thoroughly earned their 5-Star rating. Ricky came out the day after I called even after Hurricane Ian and tried to help us out as much as possible. They're super reliable, and knowledgeable. We had a new roof done from another roofing company two weeks before the hurricane and even with the new roof, there were major water damages to our interior walls and ceilings. Our roof company refused to cover for the damages since they don't cover hurricane damages under their warranty. And this is after they failed inspection. However, Superior one came saved the day offering us their expertise and honest advice. Thank you so so much Ricky for your dedication, hours up in the roof and attic to help resolve our problem. BE AWARE OF THIS CROOK COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUD!!! READ THIS…read moreBEFORE HIRING THESE CROOKS!!!! I hired this company to change my damaged roof. They made me sign the AOB (assignment of benefits) which mean your insurance pays them instead of you. My roof was leaking and the roofing company told me they don't know how long the fight with insurance will continue and there is no guarantee that my insurance would pay us to fix the roof. So I went ahead and fixed that damage area plus all the damages inside the house. Six months later my insurance company agreed to pay them. They sent the check directly to the Orlando Roofing Company and I did not even know how much they paid them. This company came and changed the roof and did A VERY BAD JOB!! They tore my window screens and they were so rough on the roof that the fan in my bathroom fell down!! They covered the attic ventilation where the heat was supposed to scape, with shingles. They ruined my yard and patio furnitures by throwing the old shingles down, and the flower beds and driveway were filled with crap and nails. When I called them to come back and fix what they damaged and especially fix the opening in the attic, the crook owner "FRANK" told me: (Don't even talk about it and let it go because we are not coming back!!!) This means the warranty they give you is all BS!! After my insurance company paid them, they cancelled my insurance. I called the insurance to find out how much they paid them because I never got any information. My insurance paid them $45,000 from which $11.300 was to fix the interior damages but I fixed it out of my own pocket and the ORC (Orlando Roofing Company) kept the money my insurance paid them specifically for that. I had to get a lawyer and fight for 6 months till they paid me 1/2 of $11.300!! When my insurance company sent me the papers, I saw that the roofing company claimed damages in my house that did not exist, like living and dining rooms and the kitchen, they even included a picture of someone else's house just to collect more money from my insurance. The whole damages including the roof were not more than $30,000 but with the insurance fraud ORC did, they got more than $45,0000!! I am planing to report them to the authorities for insurance fraud. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUD COMPANY neither sign AOB with any company unless you request "IN WRITING" two signatures to cash the check that your insurance company will issue(the home owner signature and the roofing company signature) otherwise the roofing companies especially Orlando Roofing Company, are bunch of crooks and they wait till they find a naive homeowner to open their trap for them!! If anyone else feels the same way, we can file a class action lawsuit against this company!!! If you need more information, you can contact me via my email "Rjbeyk@yahoo.com"
