I highly recommend Arseniy Sirota, Licensed Electrician!…read moreArseniy recently came to my apartment in Brookline to diagnose an electrical problem, repair it, and install a new switch. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair with great skill and attention to detail. The new switch was installed perfectly, and everything was tested to make sure it worked safely and properly. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and treated my home with great respect. When replacing a kitchen faucet, the plumber noticed that our water meter was rusted and leaking. He had to shut off the water and couldn't do any work until the town replaced the meter. Kate called the town on our behalf to expedite the installation of a new meter and Matt waited patiently while the work was being done so he could finish the kitchen faucet work. My husband and I are grateful for their expertise and professionalism. We highly recommend McDonnell Plumbing!

Mike and his team are extremely unprofessional: a regular seasonal oil furnace tune-up turn into a situation that that the system is not working for both cooling and heating, for a week in May when the temperature went as high as 93, and as low as 44. Both cooling and heating worked just fine before the "tune-up". It is a rental property (and Mike knows it beforehand). I received zero phone call and communication from them after they left the "tune-up", with both cooling and heating off. I only knew about it later when the tenant complained to me, on a 93-degree day without cooling. Called Mike multiple times, who said he's on another job, because "everyone wants cooling" - hey, not that I want you back, you folks are the one who left my cooling off on a 93-degree day. They finally came back to fix the cooling later, but left AGAIN without fixing the heating, and the worst part is they left the panel of the furnace opened, and the high-pressure oil pipe loosed!!! This could easily be a hazard and lawsuit, especially my tenant has young kids (and I now know all these as I eventually have to call in another technician to come and fix everything). Again, no phone call, no communication to me after they left this second time, and again I only know this after the tenant messaged me. This time, Mike refused to answer any phone call, voice mail, text messages for multiple days - took things apart and disappear, GONE, just like that.
