I had an amazing time here! She was incredibly easy to contact and even called ahead of time to make sure we knew about construction on our way. She has just moved to a new location in Westfield and it is very easy to find and has street and municipal parking within a short walk. The massage was excellent! She was able to target some of my problems areas without even needing me to identify them. Her demeanor and voice are incredibly friendly and soothing, so I felt welcome and calm the entire time. She also has great strength which is super important to me because my muscles need a pretty tough rub. Absolutely recommend and I'll be going back again in a few weeks for another appointment! read more

This was an amazing find ! For the deals that I purchased through Groupon , and then to meet the owner Fazia . She is welcoming , and very professional . I first went last Saturday for a 1 hour massage and eye lash extensions . Before staring any treatment , she tells you step by step what she is about to do or let you know what product she is about to put on . The location is great, right in the center of Westfield . So there is lots to do in that area before or after your appointment , cute bakeries , restaurants and shops all around . And I told her I was traveling with friends this weekend , and she accommodated both services in one day ! Very clean and updated building , including the bathroom and her salon as well. I felt so comfortable with her that I booked a Brazilian wax today . It was my first time and it went well . She's so professional and calming that I didn't feel weird about it . And results were great ! And I've had so many compliments on my lashes ... They look and feel fabulous ! Highly recommended read more

Venus And Mars Spa - Lots of products for sale. And she uses Nova lashes ! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Westerly, Rhode Island

I made an appointment with Faiza to get eyelash extensions in preparation for my wedding. She knew exactly the size to recommend (it was my first time with extensions). For the first 24 hours I was convinced that my lashes were too long, but it was just because they were new to me. After getting used to them I can say I love the results and will definitely be going back! How did I ever live without these?! Some information that might be helpful if you're thinking of making an appointment, especially for the first time: this is a small salon, so you will be getting very individual attention; Faiza is very sweet and knows her stuff; the extensions take a long time to apply (but again, so worth it). The location is a little tough to find (the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) so plan ahead if you're unfamiliar with the area. read more

I found Venus & Mars through Groupon. My regular Licensed Massage Therapist was accepting a full time job. So I was looking for a new professional LMT. I had been to three other LMT previous to Venus & Mars. The greeting, service, treatments and professionalism provided by Faye was over the top. I have been back on a regular schedule and each time I am out to sleep on the massage table. The environment is relaxing. Her soothing touch is amazing. I have Swedish and Deep Tissue treatments. Both are excellent. Tim Rooke, Springfield MA read more

Faizer is the embodiment of care and compassion when it comes to making you look your best. She is passionate about the work she does and has such integrity when working with you - giving you best advice and care for your needs and never pushing any product or treatment. She takes great pride in her work and I trust her judgement/ability completely in the work she does - whether facials, massage, wax, eyelash. Such a hidden gem in Westerly. Grateful to have Faizer/Venus and Mars. read more

I purchased a Groupon for my husband and myself. I was able to get a fast appointment at a time very convenient for me. I had a wonderful experience and a very skilled massage- customer for life! Thank you read more

This place is great! A very comfortable feel - the perfect temperature I must add. I got eyelash extensions and I'm very satisfied with them! They took me about two days to get used to because I forgot I had them every time I looked in the mirror. I will definitely be going back to get a fill soon. I also will and have already recommended this service to friends! read more

I bought a Groupon for this salon, but was never able to use it. The owner was extremely difficult to get hold of, and when we finally connected a few weeks later she informed me she was only fulfilling Groupons during night hours. She also invited me to go to her house on a Sunday to complete the Groupon (YIKES!), but her house is quite a distance from the salon and I didn't feel comfortable going to her house. When I stated as such, she suggested I contact Groupon and try to get a refund because she would not accommodate me at all. Buyer beware! read more

This is such a wonderful place. I went to get my legs waxed and Faiza was kind, professional, and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning. read more

What a wonderful experience for a mom who doesn't get out much! Super courteous, professional and nice! I'll 100% be returning.

I had an amazing experience at this spa and I will most definitely be returning! I had a groupon for a 45-minute Swedish and hot stone massage and a 45-minute facial, both were fantastic. It was my first time ever getting a massage and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The location is easy to get to with lots of on street parking. The office is very clean and inviting as well. I will be returning soon and telling all my friends! Ps...The Groupon was very easy to use. She is accommodating with days and times that work with your schedule. read more

When I arrived to the appointment that I made online, it was not booked in her computer and had to return later in the day, but she made me pay cash with the excuse that her "credit card machine was iffy." I'm an RN in the area for 3-4 months and the owner had quite an attitude with me regarding my request to use my debit card. I had to hunt on a Sat for an ATM which charge a fee to obtain cash. The work done was acceptable and I referred two fellow RN's to her salon. When I attempted to make a follow up appointment on line (which did not work), by phone or text, I didn't receive a call back. Time to find another place.... too much of a hastle. read more

Great experience!!! Absolutely beautiful job with eyelashes extensions!!! Will continue to come!

I'm sure my experience was an outlier and I don't want this to be a reflection of the V&M as a whole. However, the haircut I received from Morgan in July 2017 was probably the worst haircut I have received in my entire life. (The back was fine but what she did to my hair made me cry for months) It is because of that haircut that even over a year later that neither I or other stylists can figure out how set my bangs because she ruined them so terribly. Overall the building was clean and lovely and everyone was welcoming. Ive heard good things about this place and their services so I don't want my experience to shape how people view this place or this hairdresser (as I'm sure it's likely she has improved) I'm just extremely frustrated by my experience here because this has profoundly shaped my subsequent experiences at hair salons read more

I'm terribly sorry that the previous reviewer had a negative experience with their Groupon redemption. That said, I indicated that I intended to pay with my Groupon when making my appointment on the phone, and the person I was talking to accommodated me without any problem. The service itself was on par with excellent massages I've received elsewhere at professional massage studios. Faiza was extremely friendly, and I fully intend on coming back for a deep tissue session at her regular price. Highly recommended. read more

This spa is run by one motivated woman! She has been so great ensuring that all my needs are met. I was short on time trying to make an appointment for a Brazilian wax and she was able to squeeze me in early in the morning, later telling me that she is inbetween school classes, working on expanding her practice. She is very nice, and courteous. Makes you feel like she cares about you and your individual needs. This last visit was only my second, and she remembered my story of recently moving to the area, and little details I had told her about my family. Love her! Recommend! read more

Faiza is highly skilled at what she does. Waxing is a breeze and very reasonably priced. She also does amazing work with eyelash extensions. She is quite flexible and will make your appointment work for you, and the one time she was running late, she texted me in advance. So courteous!!!! She offers a full suite of services, including facials and massage. What a find!!!! read more

I scheduled a 7:45pm appointment with Faiza to install eyelash extensions. At appx 7:35 I received a text from her saying "running late" (I live about 30 min away from this place so I was practically there). Bring that this was not the first time this happened to me I responded "That's too long but I've already driven to Westfield. I have to be honest this is why I stopped coming before. Hopefully it doesn't happen again." Needless to say, once I got there I was greeted with a host of excuses and a somewhat defensive/argumentative approach to my dissatisfaction. Nonetheless, I waited for 1hr 30 minutes before deciding to leave. When I announced I was leaving she simply said, "ok"! No apology for the inconvenience, no attempt to make the wrong right. Again, this wasn't the first time this happened to me at this establishment but it will be the last. I consider myself fairly reasonable when it comes to waiting at salons for services however waiting until nearly 10pm for that long is unacceptable in my eyes. And for the owner to not take accountability or try to rectify this is even more insulting. So if you value time management and adhering (closer than 1hr 30min wait) to a schedule--beware of this flaw. It will frustrate you to the max! read more
