They were rude, unprofessional and Rebecca seemed to be intoxicated for most of it. She seemed barley functional and I feel sorry for anyone else that had their special day ruined by the staff of this place. In short the staff of this place is an uncoordinated mess and they should find another career outside of wedding planning.

The bartender was friendly and chatted with us as we sat at the bar. The ambiance is real chill and cool, with comfy couches and an (intentional) 80's motif that's unique for Wichita bars. They also have a pool table, an arcade game and a TouchTunes jukebox if you want to entertain yourself while there. The cocktail menu isn't huge and I got the Isle Fizz and I enjoyed it as a nice little tiki sort of drink. (I'm new to cocktails so I wouldn't take my opinion on drinks yet though.) My husband got an old fashioned and he says it's strong but good. I'm not sure what the population is at this place on normal nights, but I hope having it on here helps it pick up! Edit: It was still fairly early in the evening (8ish) and people started to roll in by the time we left. I think this place has its regulars but we came on a Tuesday, on a holiday and at a weird time. lol.

Here's a bulleted list: * Having all the vendors and add-on experiences wrapped into one coordinated venue was the best decision Brian has ever made! It made our day so peaceful knowing he had it all handled, and the set up/tear down was easy peasy too! * Dena made our cake and I can't explain how heavenly it was! We tried all of her flavors and deciding which ones to have for our guests was so difficult because they all were delicious! We ended up choosing a white chocolate cake with hazelnut frosting, a dark chocolate cake with vanilla bean frosting, and a dark chocolate cake with cookies and cream frosting. Our guests continued to tell us how great they were! * The day-of coordination between Brian, his son, his daughter, and his wife Dena made the entire process run smoothly and their years of experience is evident. Having a golf cart to transport me to the ceremony site so I wasn't walking in heels over gravel or dirt is just one example of how much thought they've put into each event. * The air bnb is beautiful! It was an amazing place to stay overall, and made our weekend so much less stressful since my girls and I got to stay the night before, and my husband and I got to stay the night of. * There were multiple times I messed up (arrived early the day before, didn't pass out my vendor cards, etc) and Brian not only had the patience of a saint, but made sure everything I forgot about got done!! He passed out all my vendor cards while I got to sip on a margarita, and if that doesn't show you how great they are I don't know what else to say I could go on, and on, and on about how impressed I am with not only the beautiful venue but all the extra coordinating, experiences, and activities that come along with booking them but I think I have gotten my point across. There's no wonder why they won top two venues for Kansas this year, and I promise if you don't book with them you'll probably regret it. With so much appreciation and love, The Carmichaels

This would be perfect for a family outing with older kids, a night out with friends, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or even a unique date night (just make sure she wears closed-toe shoes!). The basic experience is around $25 per person and includes coaching and game play, which felt like a good value. They have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus a few light snacks. Just don't go expecting a full meal or planning to make it your "drinking destination." It's more about the experience than the food or bar scene. And honestly... that's probably for the best. Heavy alcohol and flying axes don't exactly make the world's smartest combination. We'd definitely go back! Fun, different, and a great way to do something a little outside the box.
