I have taken it back twice. The first time they said they fixed the oil leak, but it came back. Now they claim it's leaking from the "other side" and want to charge me $1,300 to repair it, plus the wheel issue. These problems appeared within the first 3 months of ownership. On top of that, they sold me an expensive extended warranty at the time of purchase, but now refuse to take responsibility and simply tell me to deal with the warranty company. It is not normal for a financed vehicle from a dealer to have transmission and safety issues so soon, and it is unacceptable that the dealer avoids accountability. Customers deserve honesty, safe vehicles, and support when problems arise--not excuses and extra charges. What you wrote is completely false. My truck has only 9,000 miles since I bought it from you, I have never used it for towing or heavy work. The oil leak and the noise from the rear wheel started in less than 3 months of use, I reported it immediately, and you still refuse to take responsibility.
