Eventually, I hung the phone up after I was told to call the number that I was already on again and press number three as if she could not redirect me to that number to begin with. once I called that number back and pressed three I was hung up on about three times I believe because I hung up on the receptionist and she got upset, although she was disrespectful in the first place. after calling about three times I blocked my caller ID and called back and surely received an answer on the second ring. the woman who I spoke with on the phone, appeared to be nice when I answered however, after I explained to her why I was calling she suddenly began to be rude. I suspect because she spoke with the front desk and they told whatever story to her. she began rushing me to tell her my name. before I could even get the name out. She was already speaking over me to correct the name although I was trying to spell it out for her. after she received my first name she starts rushing and demanding the rest of the details without even giving me time to begin speaking. I begin to speak faster because it seems she wants to record this information very fast to get off the phone however, I believe this upset her although she was the one rushing to begin with. I was told that I would receive a call back, however I do not believe I will receive a call back. I believe because both of these ladies were upset that they received the exact same disrespect in response to their disrespect they will block my calls from ever being answered again or from anyone reaching out to me. No explanation, no apology--just a generic "hey there" message. The two people I referred? They got the same last-minute cancellation with zero communication beforehand.
