I had a couple short-term assignments with them and a fairly long term one with Partners FCU (that's Disney's credit union, but you probably already knew that). The staff is friendly and professional, but they really only communicated with you if they found and assignment. I'd call twice a week on Mondays (Hi I'm here) and Thursday (Hi I'm still looking) just to be proactive and check in. This is much better than a couple other firms I was signed on concurrently; one was pissed that I was working with a couple different agencies (uh, I need to work and maximize my exposure, asshole) and after I told another that I was currently working a short-term assignment, she gave me the "if you're no longer available I can't assign you new assignments" bullshit-line. It was my observation that employment agencies have a "don't call us, we'll call you" policy. If you're in Shitsville like the other 11% of Long Beach, this might be another avenue to get some kind of work, but don't seriously count on it. The only thing I really trust know is betting Red and the 1st and 2nd columns in roulette or the $1 yo, $3 hop 7s and hedging like a madman on the crap table. That's what the LBC needs, a real friggin' casino...none of this card club and pay-per-hand crap!

Instructions terrible and now that I am trying to submit my hours she is continuously shorting me hours claiming that we took lunch BUT I NEVER DID smh. She was never there on site to help us through the process or to check if we were getting proper breaks/lunch. She assumed that the other agencies would do that, but every time I requested if I should be going on lunch they would tell me that they'll tap me out for lunch and they never did smh.
