They got my hopes up and emailed me instructions, date and time for an interview they had scheduled for me the following day only to call me back a few hours later to cancel the interview. They never explained why it was canceled and never apologized. They told me they would reschedule me but never did. Corestaff was a breath of fresh air because I was done with staffing agencies.

And my expectations are based on my past experiences. Jayde emails me information about the company and person who is interviewing me and she includes interview pointers and a little "heads up" of what the employer is looking for or not looking for.  She includes advice on what to say or avoid saying based on the information she was given by the employer which no recruiter has ever done.
