My wife is now in collections for hospital bills and not once has this " lawyer" ever called or even emailed with any updates or to even to check in at all. No advice or any kind of plan has ever been discussed. If you don't mind being ignored and having the lawyers treat you as though they are being put out to even speak to their clients then flood is a good choice for you. However if you want a hands on law firm that that shows even the slightest interest in their clients and their needs then go elsewhere, anywhere else has to be better. Very very disappointed. My wife and I have legitimately not gotten ANY advice or communication from these ppl at all. Awful.
