These guys are the best contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. initially they remodeled my parents' condo in Kihei and did an excellent job. They we're very communicative throughout the process, although my parents weren't in the area at the time. Everything turned out beautifully.
We had an Ohana on our own property that needed to be gutted and completely remodeled. It had termite damage and hadn't had any work on it since the 80's. Of course we called Dennis (one of the owners) to do the job after seeing their work on the condo. All of the crew were exceedingly pleasant and very professional. They were willing to make any changes we wanted without even a hint of annoyance. Their standard response was, "We can do whatever you want." Dennis would make suggestions throughout the process which was a great help in making some decisions, but he never pushed. Initially he gave us a checklist of things we needed to do during the remodel (such as buying appliances, door hardware, bath and kitchen fixtures, etc.) and when they were needed, rather than telling us a day or two before like another contractor had done previously. The Ohana turned out beautifully! We were very sad to see the Ventura crew leave when they were finished because it was a fun experience and we knew we would miss them. Not many times someone can say a remodel was a fun experience. read more
