They were knowledgeable, professional, and provided several options for me to consider. Their flooring technician, Michael, came out to evaluate my floors and took the time to explain material choices, floor transition considerations, and the installation process in detail. His expertise, attention to detail, and clear communication gave me confidence in his knowledge and professionalism. While I haven't moved forward with the project yet, my initial experience with Jonathan and Michael has been very positive, and I appreciate the time they spent helping me understand my options.

We love our contractor…read more We bought a house built in 1967 with a vision to partially remodel creating an open concept floor plan with an addition of a second bathroom and laundry room.  We chose Michael as our contractor because of his experience, reputation and professionalism. Our partial remodel turned into a total home remodel including leveling floors and vaulting the ceilings.  Michael was flexible and open throughout the process and willing to incorporate all of our changes as the remodel progressed.  We are very thankful for his attention to detail, his practical suggestions to design and providing top notch quality work.  Michael has a great team.  We were very happy with his choice of electrician (Eric), plumber (Chris) and painter (Edgar), who were all very flexible, professional, and reliable.  All subcontractors were highly experienced and we felt confident their work would pass all inspections and exceeded our standards.  We are also very happy with his team who worked at the house every day.  They not only did an amazing job but were also very respectful to us as the homeowners.  The care they showed was as if they were working on their own home.  We were equally confident and impressed with all of Jake's skills including tile work, framing, deck work and all of the finishing touches inside the house. Remodeling can be both a stressful and an expensive experience.  Michael helped lessen any stress by being available by phone, text or email and responding the same day or by the next day.  His knowledge of product and project costs guided us in all of our design decisions also reducing the stress of the cost of the remodel.  We have since moved into our "Dream Home" and are completely in love with every detail of our "New Home."  Hand's down.  We highly recommend Michael and his team at MF Construction Inc. for your remodel needs.

It's always a hassle to find a good contractor. After getting bids from several, we hired MF…read moreConstruction to rip out and redo our gourmet kitchen and to help with other various projects--making custom mirrors for our bathrooms was one that we added on as we went. They were much more reasonably-priced than other contractors--who we couldn't afford at all--so we were wary about the old saying, "You get what you pay for" when we first hired them. Much to our relief, contractor/owner Mike and his crew delivered. They've always been very professional and efficient and they cleaned up after they were done. Mike's friendly and laid-back demeanor belies the fact that he is very organized and is juggling a million details all at once, stretched over multiple different job sites. He got the job done when he said it would be done, in the manner he said it would be. MF Construction is now our go-to contractor on Maui if/when the need arises. We would definitely hire them again.

The review that got me to call was he was an "honest contractor" (and so he was). Casey and his crew, Ray & Andrew, were friendly and professional throughout my on-going requests. They did a wonderful job for my initial renovation. Now I got to save up to complete my bathrooms and kitchen renovation so I can give Living Structures a call.

Other times he scheduled work but did not show up & he gave no notice. His machinery is in bad repair & some of it is dangerous. He tells prospective customers he will do the job fast & save them money. I found the reality to be the opposite. He slowed my job down considerably.
