I had yet another fantastic experience at Inspire Spa. This was my second massage here, and I was…read morefortunate to have Kameron as my therapist for both visits. Most recently, I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend both Inspire Spa and Kameron to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

I have curly hair and I'd say I have medium thickness hair and I would not recommend this business…read moreto anyone because even though it smelled very good, they offered me coffee, and Morgan was very nice, the girl who was meant to do my hair refused. Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

My facialist (I believe her name was Kennedy) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They ask you a lot of questions to make sure they know your concerns, any allergies, sensitivities, etc. They give you the option to have them walk you through everything as they do it, or just to sit back and relax. I chose the latter, but realized I should have chosen the former because I'm always interested in learning how to better care for my skin and what the professionals do/recommend, so halfway through I asked her to tell me what she was doing -- she told me she was doing a gel mask and using a jade roller. They're not pushy or salesy-- at least in my limited experience-- but she asked me if I was interested in anything in particular and I told her I'd be interested in learning more about X, so after the facial she showed me some products. They were expensive so I didn't end up buying but they sounded very good and I did look them up later.
