You will request different delivery people, but you will get the same ones over and over again. They will also drag your mattress unwrapped directly across the floor. My sales person was nothing to write home about. She complained the entire time about how she was tired, how it was past closing time when we were filling out the paperwork and kept making mistakes. I almost got up and left. I should have. I purchased a mattress at the Oceanside location previously and never had an issue. The regional manager gave me a credit that I literally had to argue for.
