The locals refer to it as Ex-hotel Riviera. It is now used by the Mexican government to manage different types of municipal business. I drove from Sacramento to Ensenada as part of the dual citizenship campaign that happens once a year. I've been working diligently to get dual citizenship for my children as I am dual citizen, myself of Mexico and the USA. They could not have chosen a better location to perform such a ceremony. There is a restaurant on site, but I did not get an opportunity to try the food. If you appreciate history of Mexico, this might be a neat site to walk-through.

This shop is so different from any of the other shops along avenue Adolfo Lopez Mateos because not only are the prices fair without negotiating the merchandise is quality goods. There are no fake silver or bootleg handcrafted goods here. The sales associates are very good. The owner prides his retail award gold star rating which distinguishes his store as a reputable business which is an accreditation that is not given out to most other stores in the area he told us only two others have this accreditation. I would highly recommend for jewelry and gifts when coming to Ensenada all the other stores are not in the same league as this one.
