They came out the same day I called bc the workmen were in my area. One went up to the roof of my 3-story building and the other one remained at my dryer. They communicated using walkie-talkies and blew out all of the lint. They noticed that the vent was improper, causing lint to block the opening. They recommended what needed to be done to fix it. They said if I didn't fix it, it would get blocked again and create a potential fire hazard. I haven't gotten it fixed yet but it's on my list! They were professional, clean and did a good job.
