I ordered from here a couple times before and it came late and cold. I thought maybe I could give it one more shot because the food is decent, but this time sent me over the edge. It was projected to be delivered by 11:59 and didn't arrive until 12:38. While I already waiting about 45 minutes for it to be prepared. So over an hour wait time total. Then when I received my food it was again late and cold but this time it was SMASHED. my fries were in a clump and my wrap was as flat as paper and leaking. I work in the food industry, I get things are hard right now. But this was handed horrible and they need a new delivery system because the manager claimed the wait time isn't accurate on the site they use to track delivery orders "Slice". I NEVER leave reviews on anything, especially negative ones, but this was the worst experience I've had ever getting delivery from anywhere. Never giving them another dime. read more

When I went to pick up my order, it was done at least by 10:10. The food is delicious if you place a take out order and immediately go within 5 minutes. If you order delivery, expect to wait up to 3 hours. (No I'm not being dramatic, this happened). The few times I've gotten delivery it has been a 2+ hour wait because the business takes doordash orders but delivers the orders themselves without doordash drivers? Kind of weird since they clearly don't have enough drivers for that. The food is honestly really delicious though I just think they should change their delivery process. read more

My husband picked up a order for a brief family gathering. When he got home, the salad was missing. We called and were told there were no drivers available until an unknown time to deliver it. It arrived when we were finished with the rest of the meal. The salad was $13 and was supposed to be Tuscan. It was a large amount of lettuce that was in too-large chunks, some chicken, about a tablespoon of feta, some watery cucumbers, and a few artichoke pieces. Pizza was delicious and amazing but ranch was too watery and almost flavorless. It was like you can smell they made delicious homemade ranch then watered it down to make more for profit. I ordered a pizza for delivery. And left a delivery tip online. After almost 2x what the delivery time should be I called the pizza shop to see what the problem was. I was greeted by a nice young lady and she proceeded to pass me to her manager. He had no tolerance or even an ear to hear what I had to say. He placed full blame on me and he told me I either pay $ for a delivery charge, which I already did in the initial payment. Or come in and get the pizza. Which by this time was cold. Great pizza. We had a Hawaiian and Venice specialty pies. Very generous and fresh toppings. A little pricey but absolutely worth it. The garlic sauce was a nice surprise which helped ensure we didn't leave one bite of crust. We will definitely order there again. read more

I was really impressed with my food, we ordered a dozen wings, a Greek pizza, bacon pizza and ham Stromboli... everything was hot and fresh and tasted really good. They have messed up our order more than they have gotten it correctly. The LAST visit to this restaurant the manager cursed at the waitresses at the front desk and treated them very poorly, but other than that their pizza tastes horrible especially the day after. The staff is very rude AND they CHANGE THEIR PRICES depending on how busy the weekend is. I order a XL pizza 2 weeks for $10 ago but I ordered again on a busy Saturday night and the same XL pizza was $17. Clearly a very dishonest resturant. My whole experience was awful. They told me my pizza would be done within 30 minutes or less. After 40 minutes I call and they say oh yeah it's been done (not a huge deal but annoying). Then I arrive and everyone is in the back I yell out and the one sees me and continues eating his slice of pizza finally after a very literal 5 minutes they come out and ask what get can do for me.
