WOW that is no Dietz & Watson or Publix brand cheese - right out of the Italian market in NY or Philly!!) They put balsamic and oil on and the veggies were sauté etc. And there in was the only issue. Flavor and ALL ingredients were great....... but the sourdough bread was a soggy sponge by the time I cracked it open on the beach about 30 minutes later. The vinegar, the liquids from the sauté, the oils and etc. I WILL be going back for this exact thing next time, BUT will get it "dry" or dressing on the side.
