All were done quite well! Ribs were a very good, more of a St. Louis style wet rib, sauce on the sweeter side, but fall off the bones tender. Steak was cooked to a proper rare and not over seasoned. Meat quality was excellent! The manhattan was good (Bulliet bourbon is the top shelf). Beer selection is the usual German varieties Weiss wheat or dunkle. They do have a nice gin selection.
