I called his office, his wife Joanne answered and promised me that they would try to stop by today, if not tomorrow morning first thing. About 3 hours later Tom is on my door step giving me an estimate and concern that this tree was laying in the street edge, but not blocking traffic, all the same it was a hazard. After we agreed on his very reasonable price he started right then and there. He had a helper and a chain saw, and immediately cut the hanging branches and removed the limbs laying in the street. What relief to have him do that for us. His other crew showed up 1 1/2 hours later, to cut down the rest of the tree and remove the stump. They performed exactly what was quoted in the price. We are very happy with the company, the quality of customer service and the reasonable pricing. We where treated more like family and all the workers were very professional. We would recommend them to all our family and friends.

They went out of the way to make sure my yard looked balanced and even trimmed some additional trees to make sure everything looked great as a whole. They smoothed out all the dirt from stump grinding, picked all the mess from cutting and even raked up fallen branches that were on trees that they didn't cut, again exceeding expectations.
