One of my best experineces in services. Veluxity Luxury Services provided me with a top notch service I rarely experience especially in renting cars. I mailed the renting preferences with Ronald and set the date and the car the Lamborghini Huracan. The car arrived sharp in time to my hotel - no need to hassle to go to an office and make the procedure there - and for my surprise it was brand new and Lambo Huracan but the Performance style that was even more super. Whoever wants to give a hype on a Miami visit, having no hassles with all the procedure and want a car that is not run to shit inside and outside with hundreds of thousands of miles and want a competitive price beating other service providers in price and quality and reliability I highly recommend this company. I was visiting Miami from Europe so the insurance carry over was not possible only the deposit is the option and the insurance deposit arrived to my card within 24 hours that takes days if not weeks at another car rentals. The car was given back at my hotel - no need to hassle through the town - and the deposit was released on the spot to my credit card. Just had to say this was a great time all around . I've ordered from other exotic rental companies before, and this was my first time with Veluxity , and was the most seamless . From the best price, the fast emails to confirm online, the delivery to my house no charge and without the need of a tow truck , being on time , and the employee (Alex ) going over the car thoroughly when it was dropped off. I rented a white 458 spider , and it was incredible . Figured I can never own any of these cars, so renting is the next best thing. Also this was the only company too, that I've seen where you don't have to worry about going over the mileage and being charged a lot extra, like every other place does. So you can just enjoy the driving . I would definitely be using them again and trying some of the other cars they have. read more

When in Rome, do as they do right? I went to Miami on birthday vacation and had read such great reviews about Veluxity services that I opted to try them out. I'm glad to say I have no complaints. The staff did a great job at helping me get into the red Ferrari 458 Spyder to travel around in and didn't rip me on the price like a lot of other rental places try to do. (The car was amazing by the way). They were also fast and friendly which made service go even better. The fact that they're local only to Miami was also super helpful because they were able to help me find some great spots to drink and celebrate while I was in town. I had been searching for a BMW i8 to rent for my brothers wedding as a surprise gift. After so many different exhausting calls to other companies in the Miami area and dealing with a bunch of rude people. I came across Veluxity. Wow, this was a five star service. I rented a White Ferrari with this company on my last trip to Miami and it was an overall great experience. I worked with Manny who was very helpful and informative upon delivery of the car making sure to cover the basic things needed to know to operate the car which helped as I had never driven a Ferrari before. As for delivery, the car was cleaned and delivered in a timely manner and it was even nicer than expected, no complaints! This isn't my first time renting a luxury car in Miami and it certainly won't be my last after discovering this hidden gem! My husband and I were looking for a fun new experience for our 25th anniversary and decided to try renting a car from Veluxity after our friend recommended the name on multiple occasions. We had an AWESOME experience. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and didn't make us feel pressured. We ended up deciding on a Bentley just to drive around Miami Beach and take out to dinner. Just an all around awesome experience from start to finish. This was my first time renting a ferrari and I'll definitely be doing this again. The service was spot-on, Juan the delivery driver was courteous and made sure I knew the controls and how to drive the car from start to finish. We ended up going to Las Olas for the afternoon, the 488 (the ferrari I rented) was in tip-top shape. Consistent service and quality from this company. Rented a Lamborghini for a weekend this passed September and had an enjoyable time. The service was up to par, delivery was on time and the ferrari (we opted for white) was clean as a whistle with tire shine on the tires (nice touch). I never received my vehicle and turns out, he doesn't even have a location or own his vehicles. I waited at my hotel for 3 hours until I finally called a different company. Rented the Red Ferrari Drop Top for a few days on my last trip to Miami. The car and service were great. Car could have been a little cleaner on drop off though but I respect that they run a busy company down there. Either way I'll be back again, its hard to find good prices and honest service in Miami. read more
