There are several levels of car washes you can pick from but I usually pick the "Royale" which is the highest one you get for $14. You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. After your wash, they have a self-serve area where you are able to vacuum/clean out the interior of your car. This part is where I'd say deserves the 5 stars. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. Plus the self-serve area is well shaded and protects you from the heat especially in the summer. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a reliable car wash.

While following his directions, my tire popped against the rail during the wash. I immediately reported the incident on-site, provided my contact information, and completed an incident report. The same day, after my vehicle was towed from the facility and replaced the tire, I responded back and provided a copy of my receipt to management. Unfortunately, to this day I have yet to receive any response. I never received any follow-up from the business. I made multiple attempts to speak with a manager in person, but each time I was told they were unavailable and no one ever came out to address my concerns. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service after an incident like this is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this car wash to others. I haveread several reviews and it appears this is consistent neglect and reckless accountability from this business. Since then, I have deleted multiple vehicles that were on monthly memberships. I recently went Crown America Carwash on South St in Lakewood where I noted they have better washing racks, better vacuums, and much better customer service. I recommend that everyone who wants a better service for a cheaper price to consider going to this establishment. This is based solely on my opinion and recommendations.

However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

As you wait you can review the many available washes available by looking up at the wash menu. Soon after the attendant asks your choice and you are off to the lounge to wait for your vehicle. Fortunately, there's a television there which is typically playing sports to help you pass the time. After a few minutes you step outside to check on your car. They seem to get quite busy as cars seem to get backed up and are waiting to be dried and have their interior cleaned. The attendant calls you to let you know your car is ready. Once complete you provide a tip and you're on your way. This is a basic carwash, with ok service. The prices are affordable and the location is interesting.

When it was done, Afterwards, there was still bird poop on the hood , dirty windows and mud all over the bumper, I went in and just asked for it to be re-washed. He went nuts. You would think I asked for something out of the ordinary. I just wanted my truck cleaned. I don't mind spending money to get my truck washed, but they advertise $15. I was expecting to pay maybe 20 for a basic wash. I paid $30 and my truck wasn't even clean.! he told me never to come back wash my truck at home and we will!!!
