In fact, Joe Bruce will attach a key lockbox to your home AND THEN manipulate you into signing a form that will grant him permission to enter the home and show it to others at his own convenience.  But Joe Bruce will not show the home himself: he will allow other realtors to do so unsupervised and unannounced.  Joe Bruce will also be sure to issue you only the minimum move-out payment guaranteed by law. Considering how manipulative and dishonest Joe Bruce is to residents, those interested in buying or selling a home must look elsewhere for a realtor as Joseph Samuel Bruce would be unlikely to respect their rights, as well. In fact, considering how bad one of Long & Foster's realtors is at their Crofton, Maryland location, one must avoid doing business at this location, or, indeed, at any location of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. in the Washington, DC metro area.

The property management guy thag was there was really nice and seemed to care about his job a lot which I appreciated. Overall he gave me good vibes about the house so I went ahead and applied. He had mentioned that we would hear back in 48 hours. The same day that i'd been shown the house, that night I put in an application (that's how much I liked the property manager and the house). Days went by, no response at all. I sent multiple emails through zillow and through the email the company provided me. No communication at all. I had high expectations and just ended up not even caring about the house anymore. I hope this company can improve their communication skills.
