When I asked him to help me get them to the office, he said I should have specified that on my order slip. After I got the boxes into the office myself, he was still in his truck outside so I asked him if he could take the pallet back. He said no and again "you should have specified that on the order" while smirking. Its like he enjoyed watching me struggle. super weird... He then instructed that I needed to figure out how to dispose of it myself. I asked if the company would want to re use it for future orders he said no and that he doesn't want to take it back. You would think this day in age that companies would want to reduce waste and re use perfectly good pallets. Wood is expensive after all!
