Jose, one of the two chatty employees, replied with "oh we don't carry HP but we have a generic brand". So I asked Jose what aisle and he told me the chargers were on aisle 16. We walked over to aisle 16 which was all backpacks and binders. So we then walked back to the front to find Jose and told him he gave us the wrong aisle. His response was "uhh ohh ok I think then maybe Aisle 17?" So we walked to aisle 17 and alas, we found the charger! Funny enough, it was in fact a HP brand charger. Jose had stayed at the front to laugh and chat with his coworker instead of following us to assist. The charger was locked up so we then, again, had to walk back to fetch him to unlock the charger. I am a designer and have been sitting in the same fabulous, ergonomic, durable Aeron chair for 20 years. I have replaced arm pads, casters and lumbar support as they wore out, but I finally ran into a challenge that caused me to look for a new chair. The center cylinder failed and the mechanism had collapsed due to years of overuse. I found BHC online and decided to buy a chair from them. They seemed like specialists and had great prices and selection. My partner emailed Lerry and he said they could repair my chair while we wait and he had a number of chairs for sale that were 1/2 retail and in great shape. I brought my chair to them and their bright, polite technician told me: No problem I can fix this in 15 minutes. They had the parts right there and Oscar, the master technician, had the chair back to me in 10 minutes!!! Aeron chairs are great chairs and it's nice to know that BHC is there to help me when I need them. I recommend their services 200%.

The sales person was able to set the appointment immediately. When I got there, the warehouse guys were really nice and informative about the chairs. Typewriter ribbon here costs around $15 and it normally costs $25 to have him load it but instead he taught me for free. I insisted on paying for the crash course because that's knowledge being shared. He even insisted on checking all the keys to make sure it types smoothly!
