The folks at BA were helpful, responsive, explained what needed to be done and helped us navigate all of the projects they headed. They worked mostly with my wife and just did an amazing job. They were even sensitive about our budget and made adjustments accordingly (marble and tile decisions, timing of when to do what, etc.). Anyways, I usually don't gush about a service provider but this team went above and beyond. So I guess I felt compelled to do the same. Highly recommend BA. The advice in the kitchen area made it a much more useful work space than the original. The advice in the bath added room for a more spacious tub and modern toilet. All issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of all. The property they renovated was 50 years old, yet they were able to meld old with new and preemptively replace infrastructure that was overdue for failure along the way at a lower cost. They have stood behind their work, even helping us to identify a problem that was unrelated to anything they did at no charge at a later time. We highly recommend!

His patience and expertise made the decision process easy and even enjoyable. John, the project manager, kept things organized and on schedule like a pro. Clear updates, no hidden surprises, and everything coordinated seamlessly from start to finish--his communication was top-tier and gave us total peace of mind. The installation crew, led by Ricardo, delivered incredible workmanship. Precise, clean cuts, flawless installation, beautiful transitions, and they cleaned up meticulously every single day. Three bedrooms, hall, steps, entire house, done in TWO DAYS. The LVP/carpet and tile crews are amazing. They were very respectful of our furniture and took great care moving it around, and restoring it. They worked with, smooth, harmonious precision. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfect installation. No surprises. These crews have been there a long time and they know what they are doing. This is the right way to run a business. The price was VERY competitive. Committing to a company for this big job was intimidating, but the professionalism from the initial showroom visit carried through the whole process. He followed up consistently and even completed the work on a Saturday. I had a question about the floor, and he came out again (from Brookhaven all the way to Exit 13, before heading to Dunwoody) just to make sure everything was right. He was amazing in every aspect: the quality of the work, communication, timeliness (I was the one running late, and he was so gracious), he is just kind and easygoing, so knowledgeable and his patience with my payment and all the details I asked about. He's a true professional. If we ever switch to LVP in the future or need additional repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again. Thank you, Herik, for helping me on such short notice. As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match--even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors. The floor he worked on was engineered wood and it had already been refinished at least twice and was damaged due to water underneath that caused it to warp. He did an amazing job with the match and stain and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. His quote was very fair too and he does amazing tile work/shower renovations too. Highly, highly recommended!
