He never asked for this review either, which goes on to show how much he deserves to be recognized for all his hard work! My boyfriend encountered mean and difficult tenants on his property in Los Angeles. I looked up many lawyers on yelp, and none was as compassionate as Andrew. Andrew never cut me off, and remembers my story. I could always reach Andrew through his personal number or email; there was never another receptionist in between to take my message. He was always ready to answer my questions, and honest to let me know if he needs time to investigate further. He was always willing to discuss multiple options with us, despite my tendency to go down the rabbit hole often. Even on his personal days off, he was responsive to my quest for updates. This office failed to meet that standard. From the start, Jennifer Lumsdaine was condescending and disrespectful to my mother, treating her as though her concerns were unimportant.
