I checked with the Cadillac dealer, the fellow who tints their windows told me he cannot fix it without destroying the defogger. I called for a second opinion, Daniel looked at it, tried peeling off a corner, and told me he would have to be really careful but he can do it. About four hours later I picked up the car, and it looks FANTASTIC! Seems with such tinting there's always a flaw somewhere, but I couldn't find anything -- it's perfect. The inside of the car seems cooler, I think his tint blocks sunlight better than what the Cadillac dealer had used, even though the tint shade itself is the same. Yes, the defogger works fine! I've kept his card and have shown it to at least one body shop, I also plan to show it to the Cadillac dealer. Thanks!

My husband stumbled upon Tint SRQ, while searching for a reputable car tinting company. He couldn't…read morehelp but notice the positive feedback from customers. We decided this will be the place to get our front door windows tinted. To keep along story short. Work was done well. The owner was personable and welcoming. However, I have one bone to pick (hence why I knocked off a star.) On the passenger side window, I spotted small crud beneath the tint film. I pointed it out to my husband. He confirmed. We head back to Tint SRQ and informed the guy. He was working on another car. You could read his face. He was not happy to see us so fast. For a few minutes, the bright welcoming guy we initially met, was no more. That made us feel uncomfortable, as it wasn't our fault. We pay for high quality service and that's what we expect. Once he saw the particle, he took ownership of the defect and blame it on the adhesive. I wish the reception of seeing us again was more pleasant. Nevertheless, he's a hard working guy. He's human. He was always on time and positive and you can tell he loves his line of work. Its obvious that he takes pride in his work and it speaks for itself. Poor worksmanship. Left my tints looking absolutely horrible. Tints were cut short, crooked, with…read morebubbles, and tons of tiny micro scratches. Tried multiple times to reach out never answered or called back. I ended up popping up on him and gave me a BS excuse. He finally got me in a week later and re did some of the tints. After letting the 2nd go round tints cure they were worse than the first time. Tried calling him back to fix the second set and the ones he didn't fix the first time and still has not answered. Please learn from my experience and take your money else where. Your work is definitely not guaranteed here. And it's poor quality work. Save your time and money with a more reputable company.
