I've used Gibson's Window Tinting for many years and he's done many cars in that time. His work is perfect (it's more difficult to do right than it looks) and stays that way without a bubble or crease. A car I've had for 6 years and remains outside in the Florida sun still has perfect looking tint. He returns phone calls promptly and arrived for his recent appointment exactly on time. The tint business is full of "here today, gone tomorrow" guys. Gibson is a local and has been tinting windows (cars, homes, and business's) for 20 years. Had a room that was getting two hot and two other windows with too much glare from the morning sun. Gibson's Window Tinting came out to give a free estimate and suggested two different tints for the two different situations. The price was right, we scheduled the work. Only when they came back to install they pointed out that one window had a lot of panes. They honored the quote, no haggling, no problem, even though it was more labor. When I mentioned that is looked streaked they said that was because the window was dirty, on the outside. They cleaned it, no extra charge, it looks great! The room is much more comfortable now. Gibson put a solar film over two very large windows we had that look over a beautiful lake. Didn't want to loose the view but the sun beamed in during the day and heated the entire downstairs up. GIBSON came the next day after my call, and put in a solar film. The difference is amazing. We can't feel any heat now and still have a pretty view. I am having him come back and darken my bedroom windows. This man was courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, prompt, left no mess and guarantees his product for 7 years. Gibson's Window Tinting is an extremely reputable company. Gibson installed window tinting film on all of our glass windows/doors twelve years ago. Recently one pane developed a bubble, and Gibson returned our call very quickly, he came out the next day to inspect it, and two days later he came to replace the film on that window at no charge! Not only does Gibson respond very quickly when there is an issue, he even calls to inform the customer if he is going to arrive a little later than the appointed time. After he did the work, he cleaned up and left the room perfectly clean. I HIGHLY recommend Gibson Window Tinting. One could not ask for better service. I had used Gibson previously to tint windows on my car. When I got a new car, I went back to him. He did a horrible job and I complained. When I brought my car back he said he was sorry and would redo the job. When I went to get my car, the job was incomplete. He said he ran out of film. Plus he damaged nearly every piece of trim on my new car. Rubber trim had been melted or severely cut, chrome and plastic trim had been cut, gouged or scratched. I documented EVERY cut, scratch and gouge with photographs. He did pay to have the car fixed, approximately $650. And it took about 2 months to get the parts since because the car model was so new. He finally refunded my money as well and removed the tint. HOWEVER, he just pulled the tint off and left all kinds of glue. This cost me an additional $50 to have removed by a professional. Also, since I had to miss two days of work taking care of his incompetence, I lost nearly $500 in wages. I also checked on his business license. He has not had a valid license since 2012. He is a nice guy, but I would never recommend him to any person I know. read more

One of their vehicles cut off several people including myself. Swerved, tailgated, and ran off the road throwing rocks at my windshield. Nice business management hire more responsible people. I tried calling and I heard laughing in the background with no professional answer. read more
