This isn't a bakery. It's a portal. Step through the glass doors and you're swallowed whole by warm vanilla air, toasted sugar, and the golden scent of yeast rising in slow, sacred motion. This place doesn't just smell like heaven--it tastes like your childhood, your dreams, your best birthdays. Start with the guava cheese empanada--a flaky half-moon crust that shatters at first bite. Inside: guava paste, tart and sticky-sweet, collides with warm cream cheese in a slow, sensual melt. It's a flavor tug-of-war that leaves you blissfully breathless. Then there's the quesadilla, a rich, dense slab--not the grilled kind, but the Mexican sweetbread laced with mild cheese and cinnamon. It's chewy, humble, almost spiritual. This thing doesn't ask for attention--it earns your respect. The pan dulce lineup is a technicolor dream. Conchas with whisper-thin sugar shells in pink, chocolate, and vanilla--soft and cloudlike underneath. Orejas (palmier-style cookies) are buttery, glazed, and flake apart like pastry confetti. You'll find pillowy bollillos (Mexican rolls) that make any sandwich sacred, and roscas that are as festive as they are fragrant. And then--oh God--the Tres Leches cake. A slice so soaked, it practically weeps when you press your fork in. Go for pistachio if you dare: subtly nutty, creamy, with a color like jade velvet. Vanilla sings of simplicity. Coconut wraps you in a tropical hug. Each flavor has a personality, and all of them know how to leave a lasting impression. The dulce de leche cookie is the sleeper hit. Soft, thick, a golden disc dripping with caramel heat. It clings to your fingers and your memory. It's not just good--it's dangerous. Even the donuts hold their own here--yeasted beauties with crackly glaze and just enough chew. They're made in small batches, so they never taste like they've sat under a heat lamp. You might catch a tray coming out fresh if your timing's right. And the custom cakes? Works of art. Frosted with care, layered with flavor, and built to make birthdays and weddings unforgettable. Whether you want fruit-filled, chocolate-dripped, or full tres leches towers--they'll build it, and make it sing. Prices are modest. Service is golden. And every visit feels like you've been let in on one of Vegas's best-kept secrets. You don't just leave with a box--you leave with bliss, with nostalgia, with crumbs on your shirt and zero regrets. If you've got a sweet tooth and a soul, this place will ruin you--in the best way possible!

First time trying this place and even ordering from this place was two weeks ago. A friend recommended this place and honestly it's a whole different vibe behind that door. The service was the first thing I noticed whether it's in the morning or late at night no one really greets or acknowledges you at all. You practically have to catch someone's attention for them to know you are there. Ordering the cake was an easy smooth process the girl that helped my daughter and I was patient and nice to our ideas. I had previously bought slices of cake to try before ordering and they were delicious. The cake for my daughter's bday was amazing for a simple sheet cake. But I did notice the cake was less were then the slices I had bought before. Wet I mean it was a 3 leches cake

I visited the bakery and purchased a 3-flavor cake--vanilla, chocolate, and mocha. While the cake was visually appealing, the flavors were somewhat bland and lacked distinction. Considering the $100 price, I would be hesitant to make another purchase. The pan dulce conchas were fresh and flavorful. The staff member who assisted us was very courteous and patient, which positively contributed to the overall experience despite the cake's shortcomings. The bakery had a pleasant atmosphere, though it was quite busy during my visit.

I've been a fan of Vegas Bakery for years now! Definitely my go to for some basics and for special occasion desserts! I love their homemade bolillos. Delicate and crunchy, slightly salted, and buttery -- bolillos are a great bread to make sandwiches with or to pair with soup. They're a household must-try. Their conchas are also made in-house (like most of their items) and they are yummy. Just the right texture and balance of flavor and sweetness. The conchas are delicate and can be split apart easily. You'll notice the delicious inside that is soft and a yummy bite. My personal favorite is their fruit tarts. The tarts are held together by a delicious base with some crunch to it. The layer of pastry cream is just so light and almost refreshing. Topped with ripe fruits like blueberries and raspberries it's a perfect summer desert!! You'll find something for everyone here. Chocolate cakes, strawberry cakes, gelatins, donuts, flan, tres leches cakes, and much much more. Don't let the bad reviews keep you away from trying this place out for yourself. You're also able to order custom cakes here for your special occasion - birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc!

    This is what I wanted.

Cake flavors at this place are always great but man, they do not know colors. I specifically asked for light colors and they gave me NEON COLORS like what? Look at what I got vs what I asked for. The photos speak for themselves. So embarrassing. Este lugar Los pasteles estan Ricos pero no saben sus colores.

The first time I got the cake???

If I could rate this one star I would. I ordered my 20th birthday cake, I went in and they gave me a burnt orange colored cake with huge numbers on it which was not at all what I ordered. I said something about it and they told me "we'll see what we can do" I waited only about 15 minutes and All they did was spray paint the cake and make the numbers smaller. There was glitter on my cake that shouldn't be the piping job was horrible. Definitely never coming back save your money Si pudiera darle una estrella, lo haría.

Cake was dry and flavor was dull. Good customer service. Wouldn't buy a cake again but probably return for different treats they have there.

Vegas Bakery is a word of mouth, hole in the wall, place where dreams are made of. There is no advertising, you wouldn't know you were near a bakery from the outside, but would wonder about all the cars in the parking lot. Open the door and let the amazement begin. Breads, cakes, donuts, cheesecakes, FRESH ROSES, milk, panicito, Bolillos, and more. Always a line, but so many helpful hands behind the 4 counters, it doesn't take long. Look no further as this is the bakery of your dreams, and know your diet will hate you for stopping in.

Packaging up desserts should not look like this when you get home. Ruined 60.00 worth gone down the drain.

Very small interior, but a vast selection of treats. They offer donuts, cookies, even banana bread! Unfortunately with my evening visit, all of the donuts were sold out. Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

I love that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating and allow animals in the outdoor area. The seating, inside and out, is great. I chose a hot sandwich, the Morning, along with the Apple Black Tea. The meal was nice, and I appreciated being able to choose the level of toastiness for the bread or bagel. But when I tell you...that tea was everything! It had a smooth, lightly sweet apple flavor--no bitterness like typical black tea. The staff is kind, and your food is brought right to your seat, which is a very nice touch. Note: they do use latex gloves, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. I also enjoyed looking at the décor and the display of pastries, drinks, and items available for purchase to take home. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The music wasn't loud, and the service was great. Definitely worth stopping in. Thanks for the experience! Happy Yelping

I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

We ordered two mango mochi and the mochi beignets. The mango mochi was honestly underwhelming. It's essentially a regular piece of mango -- the kind you could easily find at Costco or a grocery store -- wrapped in mochi. For $8 a piece, it didn't feel worth the price, especially considering all the hype online. I think it would have felt more special if they used higher-quality or imported mangoes. The mochi beignets were better and definitely enjoyable, but they still didn't stand out enough for me to fully understand the craze. One thing I did appreciate was the staff. Even though the café was extremely busy, everyone was still friendly and working hard to keep things moving. The ambiance is nice enough for a quick stop, though nothing particularly memorable. Parking can also be difficult during peak hours, so plan accordingly.
