As a business owner and better health and recovery professional, he gives so much passion, knowledge and care to the people here in Hawaii (as seen by Yelp and Instagram testimonials - I mean, if it's not on either platform, did it even happen?!). My husband met Shane and was ecstatic to reach out to him after learning about his business. One random day, he reached out to Shane to ask about CBD products because we were nearing the end of the CBD gummies we purchased elsewhere, that we were in need to replenish because of its great benefits - I'm not trying to sell. Lol or am I?! If you haven't googled, gone to a personal healthcare professional to inquire or done research another way, Shane would be the best person to ask exactly because he supports it and uses it himself. And! He clap*, Is clap*, A Professional clap* clap* clap*. Contact Shane! From personal experience, I've been taking a brand of CBD gummies containing 2000mg per gummy and so far it's worked out great (possibly because of the mg per gummy) but honestly I'm not sure if it's the brand, the quality or potency that could be the reason. I use CBD to lessen the anxiety and stress that builds especially from a long day in the office. I've also taken it on days when I find myself not being able to sleep when I need to or when I can't seem to relax and also for body pain either post workout or when I've slept the wrong way and woke up with a stiff neck, sore arms or pain in my legs although I have felt it most beneficial for sleepless/restless nights. So the day we met Shane, we purchased from him Green Roads Natural Hemp Gummies Extra Strength 300mg and Green Roads CBD Oil 1500mg. So far, I've only tried the CBD Gummies and I have to say - I actually feel it to be just as great which is pretty surprising if you compare the mg per gummy. The taste, texture, size and time it takes to feel effects and the feeling of before you start to feel the effects kick in which I'll explain below has caused me to say these gummies are A+. The CBD gummies I've taken prior to what we bought from Shane were a bit bitter you can taste the CBD, harder and not as chewy although in good size with the same kick in time it takes to usually feel the CBD benefits (which is 10 to 15 minutes or so for me depending on my current state upon taking it). This is completely based on preference. Others may mind or not the taste or all I've mentioned above. But Green Roads is effective and does what you buy it for. So it may matter or not to some people who are currently taking CBD or plan on taking CBD. The 2000mg we had been taking prior made us feel groggy quickly and unable to focus as needed, probably because of the mg per gummy, it came to where we had to time ourselves and wait until we absolutely were ready to knock out in bed. Although of course depending on your reason for taking it, I can see how that wouldn't be an issue, but the CBD from Shane gave a better feeling while entering the state that CBD introduces you to and with the same positive effects. You begin to serenely and gently relax all while getting ready to finish your day and not having to wait until you're about to close your eyes and knock out where you're standing. This review shares my experience I've had of 2000mg vs 300mg and though a higher dosage may seem to be preferable, it comes down to how you experience it. When you have a day that's unfinished or just need to relax a bit and not sleep right away, Green Roads FTW. Now! I am super picky about energy bars especially with taste and texture as some homemade energy bars can be delicious but not really what you're looking for. You'll find me at Whole Foods, Farmers Markets or trying a DIY recipe online that has your standard peanut butter and oats recipe - but still not satisfying enough and because of such brings me to share that Shane's homemade energy bars are delicious and has what I'd want in an energy bar! He included a couple of his bars as a trial and they were so yummy it didn't last us past the first stoplight! The bars were perfect size, not dry and what made me love it was what he put in it! I can't provide nutrition facts or ingredient list but it is definitely worth trying! I've actually purchased a dozen and can't wait to share it. Shane was very kind, patient and accommodating. When my husband texted him, he was actually on his way out and offered to meet us at City Mill. He stayed and chatted for a bit and made time even though we were an unexpected event. I went to Shane with a super tight Hamstring to the point that it was hard to stretch. 1- Location is great, easy to find there's parking available,super clean even private if you ask Shane to lower the garage door. 2- Equipment is top of the line from NormaTec, TheRagun etc. To the highest CBD quality products. 3- Recovery session was great, painless and super professional, everything was explained as you go. Horrible overall experience. i went to his over a month ago, i went in bc of a "offer" he made on IG. he makes those alot so, beaware its like "catfish" bc he uses that as a bait. I seen a few ppl i know go to him once and never again so, that should have been the first red flag. i went in with back and neck issues and he stood there and made like he was interested in what i had to say, he didnt take any notes as i believe he should have since this was a "monthly" membership i bought on to....little was to know id be ripped off in the end. he did my 45min so, we did a few different things on my first appt like the go pro guns on my back and legs, then he did cupping with the plastic cups and then he did taping, LASTLY he made me lay on my back made me put my hands above my chest and he pumped my chest, felt really weird and super uncomfortable, after i felt great bc of the rock tape as i used that before on my own. he messaged in 24hrs via instagram how did you feel? and here it came oh, heres my link write me a review! i didnt get to so, he sent another wait 3-4 more messages bc i didnt write a review yet, he followed up bc he wanted to make sure he was good and got that good review from you! MAYBE 3 weeks later i went for another session. First i sat down again and he had no clue who i was or what kind of injuries i was going for he was winging it...it was obvious. I asked him as well how many monthly appts you have he said over 100 i could tell hew as lying bc if he had 100 monthly subscribers theres no way he would be hard marketing for new members every month! another lie. we started with me laying on a mat filled with hard pieces made my back more sore and we did go pro guns again and taping which he taped like his ass bc i had nothing but, pain. i was pained after our 45min feeling way worse than i did when i came to that 2nd appt. i gave it time and next day i still felt in pain but, guess what he never followed up this time bc he didnt care you were a repeat so, called repeat customer at this point. i messaged him a few times and was professional about it and told him how i felt about him doing a bad job and he said well maybe you need to buy a strap for my back posture, first off my complaint was that his taping too was done so half ass like he was in a rush. He said i can retape it, like that was his answer to his half ass treatment job. its so sad i know he comes from the mainland and is not at all a local here so, his approach with me not being happy was shit sad. he is now trying to make me pay in full for $2650 trust me his services is not even worth that at all. he makes you come to a park, yes a park and hes in his green van for what he charges he doesnt even have a proper studio. he tries to get yo to get the first good review and he markets on IG alot which hes like a one hit wonder first treatment he does it all correct and once he has you baited and signed up the service goes out the window. trust me i go to treatments and massage and chiro once a week im not trying to cheat out of a service i pay full rate for all my other services. I dont feel hes worth it and im ready bc i have photos and videos and all to back up my story! do not use this guy, hes a rip off. $160 a session not worth it. read more

I started training with VegaFit June 1 2016. So far I've lost 45ish lbs working with Shane 3 days a week and throwing in some days at my local gym for cardio. (Massage Session) My body has been aching for months from my physically demanding job. I've gone to multiple different massage & physical therapy sessions and still walked out feeling just as sore as before. I'd lose countless hours of sleep because my body was just so sore. My first session of bodywork with Shane Vega was last night 02/15 at 7pm, and I want to thank him for driving the distance from Ewa Beach to my grandparents home in Papakolea to do my bodywork. So I first heard about Vegafit through an instagram post a family member of mine had shared, about his experience he had after his bodywork session with Shane, what grabbed my attention was "PAIN FREE." I started watching other videos of clients sharing their testimony and each one had a story like mines, living with chronic pain for months or years, and after just one session with Shane, they were leaving "PAIN FREE." That was all it took for me to go and schedule my bodywork session. Let me tell you, the best decision I have made, no joke. Shane was very professional but also friendly, explained what he would be doing from beginning to end, and the most important thing to me at that time, made me feel comfortable. The oils he first puts on you, not only smells amazing but feels amazing as well. Alright so my main problem areas was my neck and lower back, but I also mentioned my feet also hurts. So let me tell you, that very first touch of the thera gun on my neck blew me away. This tingling feeling shot through by body, I really can't explain what I was feeling, I just know I never experienced it at other places i went to get massages etc, but I was feeling it now and it was crazy beautiful. The whole time he worked on me, I was feeling sensation in areas I never did before, also experienced some pain and tender areas, but knew it would all be worth it when it was done. Shane was kind enough to also give me some breaks along the way, when he knew the pain was unbearable, he always spoke positive and reminded me, to hang in there it will get better. So after 50 mins of bodywork, let me tell you, I was mind blown. Seriously, my body never felt better than ever, stiffness/tension was out the door, blood circulation 100 times better, and I was absolutely PAIN FREE, I could move and turn my neck and back with no problems what so ever, and my feet felt as if I was walking on clouds, NO PAIN!! I really can't explain to you how happy I feel, he literally put life back into this body of mine. I broke down into tears after my session, and kept thanking Shane, so happy and truly believe it was all GOD, that I found Vegafit. Now for years I suffered from insomnia, a lot is because I'm in so much pain, which also triggers my anxiety, and last night was the first in years where I fell asleep with ease, no pain, and slept through the night like a baby, felt awesome when I woke up this morning as well, not tired and grouchy and no pain, no headaches. Thank you Shane so much, now I have a chance to take back my life.
