Vegab = vegetarian kebab! Very tasty! You make choose the among several breads that it could be served in, the size: regular och maxi and some drinks (soft drinks and smoothies) and raw-food candies. The place itself is small and like "hole in the wall", easy to pass by without noticing, but the modern interior really makes you check what is inside. You may take the take-away or enjoy your vegab at one of the tables inside. They have a really good music there! So the owners have really great taste in music, food and design :) Love it!

Wow, this spot is fantastic. The kebabs are SO good! I highly recommend this spot to vegans and vegetarians for sure, although I'm sure your meat eating friends will love it, too (my cousin sure did!). I really liked the Beirut, and the Olymp. I recommend the Bounty cake as well - I wasn't impressed with its presentation but it is delicious! We actually had a 20 minute wait for our food since the kebab filling had to marinate and grill, but it was so worth it. Go check it out!

    Vegab, awesome vegan shawarma.

Mediocre food. Gave me an upset stomach afterward. Don't understand why there is a long line.

Menu largely changes every day or two with some permanent (seasonal?) offerings. I dearly appreciate that everything is labeled as vegan, gluten-free, etc. So it's pretty good allergy friendly thank goodness, liberating for my gluten-free, egg-free diet. Cold salads of all varieties in case plus few hot options are ready to serve, and a few items are made to order, plus they have fresh squeezed juices, as well as tea, coffee, and desserts. Service is friendly and efficient. Vibe is chill and cafe-like. Both days we had the 4- (17 PLN) or 6-item (22 PLN) plates and were very happy with the food and quantity. And the vegan gf apple cake was good, too, not very sweet but still yum. Looking forward to another visit tomorrow. I'm obsessed with the cold glass noodle dish especially. Followed by the warm spinach and kohlrabi item. Delicious.

Momo has some really great deals like 4/6 cold/hod dishes for 12/17 PLN. And from what I've heard their vegan deserts are super amazing.

The concept is the same, but Chimera is the best! Since 1991 it's been a place that is always busy as an innovative restaurant alternative. People appreciate fresh, tasty food, marvelous service and lovely atmosphere. It's practically a salad bar. You'll enjoy soups, veggies, tarts, meat, desserts, and all sorts of drinks, such as fresh juices and smoothies. Coffees and alcoholic beverages are available as well. The prices are delightful, a little break from overpaying for everything in Krakow. First, choose the serving size you want: one, four, or six scoops. Then, see what's available and what appeals to you. In addition to the first floor, there are also two mezzanines where you can find additional seating.

Chimera is located quite close to Krakow's central square in the old city and offers a variety of prepared foods from a buffet counter. It's a great deal--just 15 zloty gets you a selection of four items, and feeling very salady, I tried the beet salad (with lettuce); the broccoli with egg; the spinach salad with soy beans (which, uniquely, came with both cooked and raw spinach leaves); and my favorite, the herring salad with apple! I can't say that these were the freshest concoctions, as they had definitely been sitting around for a while and had started to wilt. But for the price, and for the really cool courtyard setting, this is a great casual place to check out in the center of Krakow that's actually popular with the locals!

Chimera - My four scoops were smaller than my companion's. Apparently, not every server is equally generous. Still enough of food.

The restaurant is well marked with a really adorable logo of a garlic clove and carrots as a skull and crossbones, and you follow a little hallway (also well marked) down to the restaurant. They were open on Christmas day, and we visited around 3 PM to get some food to tide us over until a big dinner that evening. They have an English menu, and the server was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. They sell a variety of vegan snacks, sandwiches, and an amazing array of vegan pizzas. (We didn't try any, but I'll plan to for sure if I'm ever back in Kraków!) They're also eco-conscious; they don't use plastic or palm oil, and their take-out containers are biodegradeable. Instead, we ordered vegan versions of classic food from their specials menu: a bowl of Ukrainian borscht, and a big portion of bigos (a tasty spiced stew made with sauerkraut that usually contains meat) with mashed potatoes. Both were delicious, and very filling. Prices are great! If you're a vegetarian or vegan, or just want to get some more veggies in your diet, No Bones is your best bet in the old town.
