There's not many like it around these days. They have so much variety of electronics parts and the expertise to guide you to the right part. They quoted me $750. JK electronics sold me a replacement battery with greater amps (longer run time) for $27. I try to support this business as much as I can because it would be a very sad day if they were not around. I went there today to get this usb to mini usb receptacle smt. She told me in a condescending tone ITS A MICROFIBER RAG I responded to her that l doesn't matter, you're wiping all the dirt and grime on that rag against the finish of the glasses and causing damage to it. She was rude, egotistical and very much title driven with no regard to me as a customer or care to what she was doing , she packed up the glasses and happily told me they were not eligible for return. I asked for her manager, she said I am the store manager, I asked for her superior, she said there's no one above me, I said how do I escalate this, she said call corporate. Realizing the type of person she was I just took my glasses and walked out, I currently have an open complaint with corporate being worked on and they have been more than accommodating. So I warn you, to be very mindful of purchasing anything at this store as management is an absolute joke. Also just to not totally bag on this store the Sales employees are awesome, and extremely helpful. This is just very much management related!
