I truly hope assurances that he wasn't just suffering and ignored until I showed up true. Quick to suggest just transferring somewhere else when he's now unstable due in no small part to unnecessary surgery. On Father's Day we had to make the painful decision to have our golden doodle Sawyer euthanized…read moreafter a week of struggling after he was diagnosed with metastatic cancer of his spleen. We contacted Angel Veterinary Services at 5:00 am and left a message that we need assistance with transitioning our puppy to a better place. We immediately received a call back from their offices letting us know Dr. Alexis and her assistant, Rhi were available at 11 am to come to our house and euthanize our puppy. We were heart broken with having to make this decision. When Dr. Alexis and Rhi arrived at our house they met us at the front door with so much love and compassion that we knew Sawyer would be in good hands throughout this process. While our hearts were broken, Dr. Alexis helped us feel like we made the right decision and Sawyer had transitioned to a much better place. OVer the next couple of days, we recieved so much support through Dr. Alexis and her team that made us feel so much better and we know our Sawyer is no longer suffering and in a much better place with our previous puppy, Mona Lisa and our family in heaven. I know I have rambled on, but from the bottom of my heart, I can't thank Dr. Alexis and her team for being there for us in such a difficult time. Our hearts will always be with them as they were with us through such a hard time. With all our love, we share this review.

Pricing and services clearly stated on the website so I wouldn't get any surprises. I received several confirmation texts and a text when Tracy was on her way with an estimated arrival time. Tracy showed up when she promised. We spoke a few minutes about what I was wanting. Our long hair Spaniel mix hadn't been groomed in about nine months and was a mess. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. One, they are half the cost of what the other groomer cost and having next day availability was a red flag. It did take about 90 minutes for the groom, but again the dog was matted and she can be difficult to groom for she is wiggly. I must say, when Tracy brought her to the door when finished I almost didn't recognize her. My dog looked great. Probably one of the best grooms we've ever had. And my dog didn't look stressed. I've pre booked the next appointment. I can't vouch for other groomers or the service they provide within the Pawgo network but Tracy was fantastic and I'd highly recommend.
