I had a wonderful experience at BluePearl Pet Hospital - Peoria. When my cat had an incident with…read moreher claw, Edie handled my frazzled phone call with such calm reassurance and let me know I could bring her in immediately. When we arrived, the team triaged her quickly. Kaitlynne was incredibly patient and understanding while gathering information from me. My cat is quite spicy and only made it through the weigh-in before we discussed sedation. It was very stressful signing paperwork about resuscitation, but Kaitlynne and Edie remained kind and empathetic while I signed paperwork and paid through tears. I later received an update call from Jasmine, who let me know she was able to handle my cat without sedation. It was such a relief and I was pleasantly surprised that every effort was made before resorting to sedation, even after I had approved it. Yami helped process the discharge and provided the updated invoice reflecting that sedation was not needed. She was friendly, sweet, and very informative. Jasmine provided me with a Certificate of Bravery for my cat and a detailed explanation of the care provided and what to keep an eye out for at home. Although I did not have direct contact with him, I am extremely grateful to Dr. Huitt for caring for my cat. The entire team was a perfect balance of professional and compassionate throughout the stressful experience. While I hope I never need emergency vet care again, it is comforting to know such exceptional care is close by. Thank you, BluePearl Peoria team!

It was…read moreEXTREMELY disrespectful to hear staff laughing loudly in the back as I was spending my final moments with my pet. The entirety of the visit, I could hear staff giggling through the door of the euthanasia room. At one point there was loud laughing right outside the door from the treatment area. I was having the worst day of my life and having to deal with a lack of professionalism from staff made it worse. I want to note that this does not involve the front desk or attending veterinarian. Coming from the veterinary field myself, hearing laughing during a vulnerable moment in your life is something no client should ever to experience. It's rude, disrespectful, and not good practice. I spoke to the manager when I went to pick up my dog's ashes- I realized I do not want an apology from the manager. I want an apology from the staff involved. I also believe they should pursue training on behavior during end of life cases. Do not go here if you are seeking an ounce of compassion from the back staff. I cannot say goodbye to my pet again, but you can hold in your laughter until I am out of the building.

Pricing and services clearly stated on the website so I wouldn't get any surprises. I received several confirmation texts and a text when Tracy was on her way with an estimated arrival time. Tracy showed up when she promised. We spoke a few minutes about what I was wanting. Our long hair Spaniel mix hadn't been groomed in about nine months and was a mess. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. One, they are half the cost of what the other groomer cost and having next day availability was a red flag. It did take about 90 minutes for the groom, but again the dog was matted and she can be difficult to groom for she is wiggly. I must say, when Tracy brought her to the door when finished I almost didn't recognize her. My dog looked great. Probably one of the best grooms we've ever had. And my dog didn't look stressed. I've pre booked the next appointment. I can't vouch for other groomers or the service they provide within the Pawgo network but Tracy was fantastic and I'd highly recommend.

I booked appointments for my son Vinny's haircut on three different occasions, and each time we were either completely stood up or left without communication. No follow-up, no accountability, and no respect for our time. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen, but three times is a pattern, not a mistake. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and expect basic professionalism.
