Like other reviewers, the quality of staff and customer service has gone down since Lovet took over…read more(and no, I don't "love it"). We had purchased the lifetime vaccinations through Westbrook Animal Hosp). I asked if they still honored that and they said yes. BUT, like others said, they fail to say that you are required to bring your pet in once a year to keep the program active. They said that I was 2 months past a year since my last visit, but they would make a "one-time" exception and let me continue. During my visit last fall, they took a fecal sample and told me they would let me know of any negative results that needed attention. A few days after my visit I get a text message saying only that my dog's prescription was ready for pick up. I ignored it since I had picked up the script for his medication during my office visit. I knew of no other meds. Then I got another notification about his prescription still waiting. By now it had been two weeks since his visit. I called asked what they were talking about and was told that the medication was because they had found parasites in the fecal sample. I told them that I had never been notified about the results of the fecal test. The person on the phone asked if I still wanted the medication. I asked her, well, if the parasites have resolved on their own, should I even give him this medication after the fact? Then she admitted that no, if the problem has resolved itself, there's no need for it. Then i took my dog back a couple weeks ago to get another shot that was not on the same schedule as the ones he got in the fall. At checkout in the exam room, as is now apparently their custom, they try to upsell you on food or other procedures. I declined all of them. Then the next day or so i get an email from them with the title that my dog "is due for a visit!" Then the body of the email says "our records indicate that it's about time we see XXX for the following.... book online here..." Then it reads "Due Soon: Recommended: Dental w/Essentials." The doc had mentioned cleaning his teeth during the visit, but I had declined because that required putting him completely under. So I was surprised and irritated to get an email notice from them saying that "according to their records" he was "due" for a visit. I replied to this email twice and also sent another one to a different Lovet email asking what "Dental w/essentials" entailed and how much it cost. I have gotten no replies. Then two days ago, I called them. As usual, there was no answer. No person answering the phone. Just the usual automated press this number for.... I left a detailed voicemail and haven't heard back from that either. So, yes, like many other reviews have said, the quality of service has changed. You no longer have the same person seeing your pet from visit to visit but a new person every time. And yes, the focus now seems to be on upselling. It's sad and disappointing.

Then they put me in a uncleaned room from a previous family that left after putting their dog down ( hint the chocolate in the room). Hair on the chairs, unknown liquid on the table, nail clipping, hair on the table too. I popped my head out to ask if this room had been cleaned and a lady said no I don't think so I was about to, I'm so sorry. The Dr immediately started cleaning the room and apologized too. All in all the staff are kind here, but I don't think it's ran very organized. Prices are good too! The wait time and cleanliness not so much... I arrived at 3:47 and didn't leave till 5:25 and only bc I opened the door to leave.. :/ After an hr wait to even get into the room. It made me uncomfortable, and not ideal. My dog was getting nervous too.

I can not say enough good things about this place…read more We started coming here about 2 years ago when our vet, Dr. Rowe, left Desert Sky Animal hospital to leave out of state. We have five dogs and three cats, and they are our go-to place anytime we need anything. They consistently go above and beyond, genuinely caring about the animals and making you feel valued above all else. I had a vet emergency over the weekend, and they found me another place to take my pet because they couldn't get me in. They even called me three different times to check on my fur babies' well-being. The emergency vet I took my fur baby to hasn't followed up once! You may not be thanked all the time, but I want you to know I appreciate you all and the staff beyond words!

The woman at the front desk couldn't care less about our situation and wouldn't bother to lift a finger to help us with things. I got pet insurance and a friend suggested this location as they are experienced with the breed. They have always been so helpful, and everyone is so nice. Are prices expensive? Its a veterinarian... so yes. They all are. However, I suggest everyone gets pet insurance or they even have their own program that is reasonable. I have referred them to several friends. I also like how easy it is to schedule online. Very convenient!

When I got there they did an ultra sound and agreed it was probably FIP. Then they presented me with an estimate of $1,500 for a multitude of tests. I asked them where is the treatment plan for FIP they said we don't treat FIP. Unbelievable! And their tests and labs were double the cost of a honest vet!!! They offer zero interest which explains the double prices. They wasted precious time trying to make money of me!!! Avoid them like the plague.

We requested a specific vet for our first appointment. Much to my surprise another vet took care of us. I said I requested Dr so and so, all I was told was he's not here today. When calling for an appointment, I have found it hard to reach a human and we've been put on hold longer than one should be on hold. It is a long time out before we can get appointments and the last time to get my pup looked at in a timely manner, I had to drop him off and leave him there for a good part of the day. They squeezed him in when they had a chance. I felt rushed when I picked him up and didn't get a chance to talk to the vet to answer questions. We now go to a different vet clinic where I feel more comfortable with the way the clinic treats customers.

All 3 dogs love the doctors here and that's enough for me because they don't care for other humans aside from family. They take extra care and get to know each and I appreciate that. It was my first time boarding here and I cannot recommend them enough. I get daily photos/updates and they disclosed everything I needed to know before-hand. I love that they are never out with other dogs, just same households if requested.

My poor pup was struggling to breathe so I called every vet in Arizona. This was the only office that answered. They even held an appointment for me when they really didn't have any availability. I showed up 30 min early and I expressed my concerns (I was absolutely distraught, and they were extremely understanding and patient)...they brought her right back. She got a chest x-ray and I was told she had mild pneumonia and we got antibiotics. Dr. Erickson answered my million questions and was so quick with the visit even though he was tightly booked. Kelley was also amazing and was so calming and reassuring. The next day, Kelley called me to ask for an update on my dog. She is doing WONDERFUL now 4 days later. We spent about $450 for an exam, x-ray, and antibiotics. Still WAY cheaper than what we had to pay at the ER ($700) just for some injections and oxygen. I truly am so grateful that I finally found a veterinary office that puts the owners and pets first. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here. Thank you again.
