Backstory: The water pump at my cottage was broken so I ordered a new one, picked it up - along with a larger holding tank - and moved to the county for the summer. Now, we've been without water a few weekends and we're on the water so it wasn't an EMERGENCY but enough is enough. At. 10.30am, I sat down and called every plumber in the county and some in Belleville and left messages. When I called Veenstra, I got vm and it was friendly and professional. I called again 45 min. later as I was really hoping to get someone scheduled to come down ASAP. I explained my predicament and Becky (than you Becky!) squeezed me in for that afternoon.
